I had a gastric balloon at Novemed in Turkey. I need to lose weight as 13 stone and only 5 foot 3 inches tall. As my BMI is 32 I was not fat enough for a gastric sleeve!! The correspondence with them was fantastic. A Whatsapp group was set up immediately. I was met at the airport and taken to a lovely business hotel where I stayed for 2 nights. I was picked up in the morning and taken to the clinic. I was on my own and Sumeyra and a man whose name I can't remember met me. They both spoke excellent English and stayed with me throughout, well until I was anaesthetised! They were there when I woke up. I was then taken back to my hotel a few hours later and the next day picked up and taken back to the airport. The dietician has kept in touch with me and responds within minutes to any questions or enquiries I have. It was so easy and I can absolutely recommend Novemed. I have been back for 2 weeks and already lost 10 pounds! I will be returning to Turkey in January to have the balloon removed and this has already been booked and confirmed.
I had a Gastric sleeve on the 6th Sep '22. From start to finish my mum and I was looked after so well. Everyone was so lovely. My Coordinator Chela was extremely friendly and helpful. She made me feel comfortable and helped me through my nerves as she explained everything to me so well. The hospital was amazing, with extremely high standards. The nurses were there 24/7 when you needed them. The dietitians Amy, Minty and Nora were so lovely and helped me through all the different stages of eating post-op and have been there for me ever since on WhatsApp with any queries I have. Thank you so much to Dr Ceyhun Aydogan for your amazing work and for checking up on me post op which shows he cares and thank you to your amazing staff 🥰 so far I have lost over 4 stone and I am so pleased I went with Arpanu. At first, I was worried to go abroad for plastic surgery, mommy makeover, however when I met Abdelrahman at the airport, assistant of my plastic surgeon Dr Murat Sarici, who brought me straight to hospital for tests, I was relieved because I met high experienced staff, the hospital was equipped with modern technology and was very beautiful itself. The operation went well, and I was monitored 24/7 by medical staff, by the surgeon, nurses and the best assistant, Abdelrahman. He always replied fast and was always there if I had any questions, even during night time. When I was brought back to the hotel, which I must say was outstanding as well, the nurse came every day to check me. Dr Murat Sarici is a very high professional doctor and I would highly recommend him and this hospital to anyone who is planning to go for plastic surgery abroad.
