I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. This is the second time I have used NoveMed coming from the UK and once again they were absolutely superb. Following on from my bariatric surgery one year ago I went back to NoveMed to have a mommy makeover procedure. From start to finish they were brilliant, always at the end of the phone if I had any questions and really couldn’t do enough for me. The only issue we had was the first hotel we were placed in was extremely noisy and once I let the team know the next day we were moved. Excellent service. My plastic surgeon was also excellent, went through the procedure in depth with me, explained everything and I felt completely at ease.
