My experience from day one was amazing! Özge was always there to answer questions and always answered quickly. I had a Tummy tuck, lipo and breast lift. From day one had nothing but a great experience. Our ride from the airport to the hotel was ready as we arrived, and our driver to and from the hospital and clinic was always on time and friendly My experience in the hospital was amazing. We arrived and everything went on time and smoothly. They made sure my son was comfortable while he waited for me. Nurses took great care of me and they came in every day to change my dressings and check on me. Although I am home now, going on my 3rd week of recovery, my contact person has been in touch and so very helpful in all Aspects! I appreciate all their attention and help!

I planned to have a Rhinoplasty with Dr. Güray since May of this year and had the surgery last week. The process was perfect and I got the exact shape that I wanted. He made me feel like I was in very good hands and was able to answer any questions I had! Members of his team such as Nur and Enes were also very helpful and answered any questions I had regarding recovery and were able to assist me with anything I needed! It wasn't an easy decision for another rhinoplasty as after the first one I was left with blocked collapsing misshaped nose that left me traumatised for years to come. Took me 10 years to get over it and made a step toward normal looking Me. Did some research and decided for a trip to meet not known by me or friends, Dr.Ferhat in Istanbul and that was my lottery win!!! I was very sceptical having somewhere in back of my head the bad experience from the past but meeting Dr for the first time I realised he was a truly passionate Dr who really wants to help!!! I could see his passion in his eyes when he was checking out my nose before surgery, clearly explaining it wasn't an easy case as the nose was basically collapsing from every side but also gave me hope that we could use my rib cartridge to re-built my nose. I was shocked but at the same time I said to him: dr do your magic, you are the artist here! I fully trusted him. The entire process went really smooth and easy as the entire team were next to me all the time with all the help and support. Had my break down at some point -panic attack - but with help of dr and his team, I made it through leaving Istanbul the happiest me I ever! Coming from a bad experience I had a high expectations I could not believe what I saw after cast removed, the results were way beyond my expectations, expected a lot but not that much. My nose was beautiful from every possible side, unlocked breathing all rebuilt and stabled no more falling apart collapsing deflated look like ballon!!! Wanted to cry and hug each of the team member but I was shocked and overwhelmed with my new stunning nose! Left the surgery with a smile on my face!! Dr Ferhat gave me not only a new functional nose but new Me - the person who was hiding for so many years. It feels like my life turned. I look into mirror with a smile swinging happy confident me again!!!! I couldn't be happier I made this decision and trusted your skills and professionalism!!! I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Derya Bingöl’s clinic! The doctor was extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire experience. I felt confident in Doctor’s abilities and appreciated the way she and her staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Additionally, the office staff was equally caring and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, especially post-surgery. In addition, the clinic handled all arrangements, starting with airport pick-up, hotel recommendations, booking the hospital and the operating room. What could have been very stressful, turned into a pleasant experience. I was especially impressed with how the staff handled a complication that arose after my procedure. I experienced swinging jumps in blood pressure and the staff immediately took action, taking me to see a cardiologist, and neurologist, and getting an MRI of my brain as a precautionary measure. They made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process, which took 10 days, and I was grateful for their quick thinking and exceptional care. Overall, I would highly recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone in need of high-end cosmetic surgery. The doctor performed face surgery on 3 areas and I am very pleased with the results.

Quick response for any question, no matter how nit-picky you can be. I never felt pressured to ""do more"" and spend more money. Her all-female staff made me feel comforted and safe. There's something special about the energy of a matriarch, especially in an environment like cosmetic surgery, that I appreciated greatly during my pre and post-op visits.
