I always have the best experience when attending Dr Bong’s clinic. I was apprehensive about attending my first appointment, although I had researched and understood his qualifications I was nervous. He took time to understand what I thought I needed to improve and sublimely changed my mindset, he does know best, and I actually didn’t need everything I thought I did. Dr Bong set my assurance by expanding on his background and years of experience both in the treatments he provides along with an insight into the training he delivers around the world. Dr Bong discusses what is best and most suitable to keep me looking fresh. He is professional and respectful and I feel completely safe in his care. I had correction filler with Dr Amr and the treatment was excellent. He was professional and knowledgable and corrected my face as required. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My therapist was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure thoroughly. The treatment, though uncomfortable, was eased by the therapists calm and professional approach.

Before going in for my HIFU treatment I did some reading about the procedure, particularly about the side effects. One that had me a bit worried was being blotchy and red as I do have sensitive skin. However, Flavio was so gentle that I didn’t experience any redness after the treatment or pain during the procedure. Had a HF facial with Natalie today and I had a few of these treatments. The improvement in my skin is amazing, skin is much smoother, and firmer and just looks so much better in every way. Biggest difference for me is in the eye area, under-eye troughs are much less noticeable and fine lines reduced. I have been having anti wrinkle injections with Dr Ash for a couple of years now. The clinic is super clean, with a really relaxing atmosphere. Dr Ash is very thorough and professional and I always feel confident that I'm in safe hands.
