The surgery was performed professionally and with care by the head surgeon and nurses. The results were better than what I expected and imagined. The before during and aftercare by Snooker our assigned chief of staff was so caring knowledgeable and patient. Guiding us through the whole process, organizing everything, explaining everything and doing the general running around to make sure we were happy and comfortable. He answered all of my questions and also took my phone call later when I had more questions. He was very professional and kind. I was nervous about the surgery but he was very reassuring.
