Overall experience of Vanity is positive. On the whole a little impersonal but for me that worked fine. My surgeon was excellent and I am very pleased with the results (I had a breast lift with implants). My patient coordinator (Umut) was great and very informative - he guided me through the process on the day of surgery and made me feel at ease. My day nurse was lovely and spoke English well however the nightshift nurse was very rude and spoke little English, she refused to help me out of bed in the middle of the night when I wasn’t able to pull myself up (having just had surgery) and used google translator to tell me I should learn how to do these things alone. The drivers were also great and very helpful, So overall a positive experience but the night nurse let things down for me

I had my rhinoplasty done 8 months ago by Dr. Dinko Toncic, by far the best decision I've made. Everything from first consultation to surgery and post-op went great. Would recommend Dr. Toncic and his team to everyone who is looking for beautiful and natural result.

I had my gastric sleeve on 19/02/24. From the very start, I was talking to Alexandra about my questions. No matter what time of day or what question I asked she was so warm, friendly and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. Arriving in Antalya I met my coordinator and translator Efe. Words can't describe how amazing Efe is. He truly made this such a wonderful experience. He's so kind, gentle, knowledgeable and so lovely to be around. His English is fantastic. I brought my mum with me and she loved Efe just as much as me. He made us feel like we had met a friend. Wonderful at his job. He made sure we knew what was happening and when. He set all expectations of what was happening. He made time to get to know us as people. Me and my mum were quite emotional leaving Efe when we flew home, he felt like such a wonderful friend we didn’t want to leave him. My surgeon Dr Erdem Can was also fantastic! I saw him as we first arrived in the hospital and he came over to me straight away to introduce himself. He is a lovely man who’s extremely talented at his job. The surgery was perfect and I’m not a week post-op and feeling great. He checked on me multiple times a day and always spoke to me when he saw me walking around. Truly a lovely kind man. The hospital was amazing. So clean, and all the staff had lovely bedside manners. you could tell how much they cared for you. I couldn’t have picked a better, safer place to have my surgery. I would recommend clinics United, Efe, Dr Erdam Can and ASV Yaşam Hospital to anyone. I truly don’t think I would have received this high level of care in the UK. Couldn’t be happier with my results so far - thank you

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

On 11/29/23 Dr. Mehmed Ali Korkmaz had an operation... and what can I say... Just happy... I flew to Turkey without knowing exactly what I was getting myself into. I wanted to have the silicone implant out of my breast and have it tightened. The contact with Julia was perfect from the start. No question was too much for her and she was always there for you. That was the first reason why I flew. Shuttle service, hotel, support, and hospital couldn't have been better. Dr. Korkmaz himself was simply amazing. A patient, sensitive doctor who explained everything very well without any prompting and who didn't have questions too many. I still have swelling - it hasn't even been a week yet - it's getting better every day and I'm super happy. If something comes up again, I no longer have the question of where to have it done. Grateful. Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were they’re family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. Update from my rhinoplasty and facial fat graft from October 2023 (4 months ago). I am totally content with the results. It was my second time visiting Doctor AFET. She is great. She will make you feel comfortable and will explain exactly the procedure. She will not give you false hope, and she is very honest. I did my eyebrows lift and rhinoplasty. I did not bruise a lot, and her assistant Deniz is the best. She always replies fast and will help you at any time, even with things not concerning the clinic. (She was ordering my food while I was staying at the hotel.) I would recommend her 1000%.
