Their scheduling/management ability is fantastic, as, after my initial online inquiries, I was contacted by email very promptly. On the same morning I flew into Seoul I was able to email them, get a response and walk into a consultation with Dr Yoo and were able to schedule in 4 procedures with all safety and quality steps over a 2 week period. All the staff, Sarah, Dr Yoo, the nurses, were all so caring and most are fluent in English or if not an interpreter is always around. Dr Yoo always made me feel comfortable when I had any questions or concerns. I have recently returned to Sydney and almost 1 month after surgeries, I have still been very happy with the results which have massively improved my life. I saved some money and visited many countries and cities too.
