Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!

Absolutely fantastic doctor and team. I flew to Turkey in May 2022 for rhinoplasty. I was going by myself and extremely anxious however Dr. Durukan and his team couldn’t have made me feel more at ease. I was met at the Airport by Teoman who is the nicest man, he drove me to my hotel and checked me in. The following morning he collected me to go to the hospital. I met with Dr Durukan and my translator, Nehir who was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. After the surgery Nehir stayed with me until late that night and then was back first thing in the morning. All the nurses in the hospital were very attentive and did regular checks on me throughout the night. The day after surgery Nehir came back to the hotel with me and explained all medication I needed to take over the next few days. I went back to Dr Durukan and he removed the tampons from my nose and stitches. Then on the last day he removed the cast and renewed the bandages. I got a shock seeing my nose for the first time as it was extremely swollen and looked bigger than my original nose. I was told it takes a full year for the nose to heal and the swelling will decrease each week. I am only less than 8 weeks since my surgery and the swelling has almost completely gone. I can notice the difference looking back on photos since then just how much it has gone down in size and start to see just how perfect it is. It was the best decision of my life getting rhinoplasty with Dr. Durukan, I feel so much more confident in myself now and it’s so freeing to not have a huge insecurity shadowing over me anymore. I can highly recommend this clinic to you. Everyone is trying to make sure you are doing well and that nothing is missing. Dr. Kutbettin is a surgeon and speaks German. All questions can be discussed with him, without an interpreter. That was the best for me. After the operation, I had no pain or anything else to complain about. Everything is extremely organized and some hospitals here in Germany could follow an example. All preliminary examinations were carried out conscientiously. The agreed price is totally justified. I was at the clinic with my husband and child. We had a large room and were well looked after.

Professional Team &Great Doctor. Health Direct team is really a very professional and caring team. Before my first meeting with my doctor, I was a little nervous, but my doctor Hakan Aydogan listened to my wishes and concerns and my coordinator Naz translated and explained everything as it was. Hakan Aydogan successfully performed my breast augmentation and liposuction operations. It's now 2 weeks post operation and I still have oedema but I'm sure the results will be better than I expected. I can say that it is a team that I can recommend to everyone. Thanks!

I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. I must admit I was petrified especially because I planned to do it alone and knew nobody in my family stand by me travelling to another country to get a gastric sleeve. In fact, I even kept it a secret from my husband until I took the final decision of going with Cosmetocity, because I knew it would be extremely hard to convince him. If you look at my stomach 1 month post op, you would never imagine I had a gastric sleeve. He is not only a warm-hearted doctor but also extremely professional and greatly skilled. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

It was a very good experience. When they pick me up from the airport, I felt being cared. In the hospital, doctors and nurses were welcoming. Also, the staff from Time Travel was with me during the examination. The operation was very smooth and the healing process was quite fast. All the procedures have been completed without any problem I was informed what to do after I back to my hometown. They are still checking on me frequently. It was such a lovely journey. I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

I got a breast reduction done and it was done by Dr Houtan. I am in awe of my results so far and could not be happier even if I tried. From the beginning NewMe health clinic seemed professional. Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.
