From the time I got on the ground, Elif took over and stayed in constant communication. If I had questions or personal needs Elif was there the whole time. I got to the hospital, they were checking me in. I mentioned I needed some US plug adapters. Elif and I were going to hit a shop together but the hospital said “Oh no, you can’t go. We just put a catheter in your arm” Elif went right out on her own and brought back exactly what I needed. So sweet and helpful. We became buddies right away.
