I cannot recommend Dr. Kacmaz and his team enough! I travelled from Canada, and to be honest, at first was a little hesitant in travelling so far and getting a surgery in a different country. I contacted many different surgeons and agencies, but as soon as I started speaking with Ebru (patient coordinator) I felt at ease with my decision. She was very professional and prompt with responses. She didn’t try to push me or “sell” me on anything. I get very put off when they try to sell or are very pushy and constantly following up. She gave me the information I needed and let me decide from there. She was also so friendly and just gave me a good feeling overall. Then after my initial consultation over the phone with Dr. Kacmaz I felt very confident in my decision. He right away made me feel at ease, he was so knowledgeable and honest with what I wanted and could achieve. I felt so comfortable with him and knew he was the right surgeon for me! Upon arrival, everything was a breeze. From transportation, to the hotel stay, to communication with the patient coordinator and driver. Everything was extremely organized and just felt so safe and in good hands. I CANNOT say enough of the patient coordinator Ebru. She was absolutely amazing in every way. She was so personable and we got along like we were old friends. I was alone in the hospital for the surgery and she took all the stress off, and made me feel so safe and comfortable, I knew I was in good hands. The operation itself went extremely well and I am SO happy with my results. It’s been 1 month, and they are exactly what I wanted. Upon travelling back, you still have communication with them and they’re always there to answer any questions you may have. I could not be happier with my decision to travel to Turkey for my surgery, and I am so grateful to Dr. Kacmaz and his amazing team. I have been telling anyone interested in breast augmentation surgery to go to him you will not be disappointed!!
I had a tummy tuck and lipo with Dr Murat October 2020. I honestly cannot recommend him enough, the whole experience was great, and the aftercare was second to none. It’s always daunting going to a different country for surgery, but actually, my experience was much better than previously experienced in the UK. His assistant Abdel is always on hand, when In turkey or the UK. He works so hard and does everything to accommodate you. His replies are always very speedy, and you never feel like your bothering him with silly questions. My results are beyond what I ever imagined. The healing was amazing, and the scar is so neat it’s amazing. I’m going back this year for more surgery with Dr Murat, and would highly recommend him. I would like to share my wonderful experience with Uniqus Health. In November, I flew from Hamburg to Istanbul for high-definition liposuction. Upon arrival at Istanbul airport, I was greeted by patient coordinator Nejibe. I had a very comfortable journey to my cosy hotel in Mercedes Vito vehicles. The next day, I met Dr. Must, and after my drawings were made for the surgery, I was taken into the operation. I didn't have much pain after the surgery, apart from minor pains. I had an ethnic rhinoplasty with Dr Bora OK and my experience has been great. The quality of support throughout the process has been phenomenal. The hospital was very clean and modern, they accommodated my friend with meals and a bed and Dr Bora was friendly, knowledgeable and confident. Enise was my patient co-ordinator and she really made a positive impact on the whole experience, which I will never forget. From start to end of the process, Enise was patient, kind, informative and extremely helpful during a time that I was feeling my most nervous. My procedure was just over 2 weeks ago and there is still some swelling but I am feeling positive about the results and look forward to the final outcome.
