Gyno- if you are considering please read. I can not say enough good things about Mr V, his staff and his clinic. This was my first time having any form of operation. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. They even put my favourite music on to help me relax which did the job as fell asleep during the procedure. I was quoted by another surgery close to £8000 pounds for this but paid just £3500 with Macs Clinic. Obviously this raised some flags but after doing my research and the results after 2 weeks I could not be happier. If this was the final result and my healing was done I would be ecstatic and please beyond words but Mr V assured me I have 6 weeks of healing to go and it will improve even further. Mr V was also very understanding of what I was going through with this condition I was not just a patient he asked me how this had effected my personal life, my confidence and general image positivity, which really helped in me making this decision. Had a few skin tags removed with Cryo pen, great booking process, answered all my questions and booked in within the same week. The doctor explained everything in the consultation, and then I had the procedure, also spoke about a mole I have been concerned about, and the doctor did advise. Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. I am very happy with my decision and with the result so far.
