I arrived the day before surgery and was picked up by their stuff who spoke perfect English and gave me some tips for after surgery and places to go near the hotel for broth and drinks. The morning of surgery they picked me up at the hotel and took me to get ready for surgery in my private room. My care was as good or better than any care I have received in the States and I was able to have privacy as much as I wanted. I felt secure the entire time and never doubted the expertise of the medical staff.

We came to see Dr Hung on the recommendation of a good friend, my wife required quite extensive dental work which in Australia was prohibitively expensive, after consulting Dr Hung it was decided to remove all her upper teeth and replace them with an all on 4 implant, due to the thinness of the bone under the gums special implants were needed. On a second visit to fit her permanent upper denture she also had some work to her lower teeth and a cosmetic facelift she had wanted for a long time. Our first impressions were extremely favourable, the staff were very friendly and professional and went out of their way to help us, in the clinic itself everything was very modern and clean and the Doctors very skilled and knowledgeable. All the work was completed quickly and painlessly and my wife is very happy indeed with the results, the happiest I have seen her in a long long time. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Came over from the UK to get Gynecomastia surgery and can't thank them enough. They organised everything from the airport transfer to the hotel and everything went smoothly. Cost for the surgery was the best I could find and really impressed with the results.

Absolutely first class treatment from the start. I was picked up at the airport and I had this driver for the whole duration off my stay. I had a full Tummy Tuck and Liposuction. The clinic itself is lovely and the nurses and reception staff are so helpful and friendly they can’t do enough for you. I choose this particular clinic because of DR Aleksandra Luniewska. The reviews were amazing and what sealed the deal for me was the YouTube video of a lovely Irish lady who did a step by step diary on her treatment from start to finish. It was 10 days ago since I had my surgery and I can’t believe the results, still a bit swollen but no pain. I’m absolutely over the moon. Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I had a direct lateral brow lift by Mr Quaba and the result is simply fabulous. The technique allows perfect precision in the shaping and lifting of the brow at least based on my own experience. Before the procedure, however, I had been quite nervous about the scarring that I feared could occur from having a direct lateral brow lift. But even immediately upon the stitches being removed, the ultra-thin scars were already barely visible and became less so over the months. The barely-there scars faded essentially completely in less than 9 months. I am truly delighted with the results.

I have seen Dr Ali for multiple procedures including an apronectomy, liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms and breast. All I can say is that he is truly the best and extremely professional and thorough. My whole life has changed and I feel like a brand new version of myself. I chose Dr. Colin after reviewing several other clinics. I went to see them all and this one seemed the most normal and therefore the best option for liposuction. Even though I ended up paying more than expected, I’m happy with the results. There’s no scarring after the liposuction, but the pain factor is important to consider. They say you can go back to work after three days and this is true, but you’ll have to manage the pain for a longer period of time. They gave me medication for the first couple of days. Everything was nice and clean. The clinic has really friendly staff. The liposuction has improved the overall quality of my life.
