Joyce, the English coordinator was very kind and sweet and she made sure I understood everything before going in. She even spoke to my taxi driver for me when I was having a hard time finding the hospital. The treatment went smoothly and every step was explained to me before it was administered, which I appreciated since we don't get a lot of that here as foreigners. They were all very gentle with the procedure, making sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort. What I appreciated most was the checkup after leaving the hospital. That evening I got a text message from Joyce asking if I was experiencing any discomfort and she went on to suggest precautions and things to do in case I was in pain.
