Dr Federico is by far the best dentist I've ever visited! I've been to many dentist offices around the world but never received service like this one! We're planning to see him even after we leave Costa Rica. Top-notch professionalism, hygiene, service quality, and lovely friendliness.
So far so good! I went online to check the dentist reviews in the Guanacaste area. Diago had good reviews and lots of them. I contacted two dental clinics with good reviews and Diago got back to me in a timely manner as I had left a message saying I had a toothache that was bothering me. Turned out that it was an abscess which I had suspected. He put me on antibiotics for a couple of days and then did the root canal. I have had a lot of dental work in my life and he did a good job. He was very good at explaining everything to me and went over the x-rays with me. Better yet when I told him I thought I needed my crowns replaced he explained to me why I did not so he is not out to rip you off. He seems to genuinely care for his client's welfare and I think it is very safe to recommend him to others.
