My wife had two implants, involving bone grafting and procedures that were painstakingly administered with the greatest aesthetic attention to detail and utmost dedication. Anyone who has had bridges and crowns for many years can be helped to achieve a “wonderful smile” by having the crowns renewed/lengthened by straightening (cutting back) the gums.
