Very good experience of traveling to Bulgaria for treatment. Dr Karadzhov was very accomodating and flexible, fitting treatment around my holiday. Communication was excellent throughout, including an online consultation to go through the procedures and discuss any concerns. Prices were as quoted and excellent value compared to the UK. Very happy with the result and would recommend and use it again if needed.

I have yet to make my appointment and visit, however, the interest and informative nature of Mr. Berk was quite impressive. I was able to gain trust in them through the information they provided, a video call, and reference photos. I plan to pay them a visit soon to achieve my new smile. Initial visit and examination, need to take 11 FOV 9x12 3D CBCT or doctor to determine right dental procedure. I choose this clinic because is closest to my apartment. Clinic is nice, clean and in equipped with impressive instruments. Doctor was very helpful in explaining about procedure for dental implants. I had a cracked denture and it was repaired the day I went in. I decided to have a new denture made even though I now had repaired one. The clinic was extremely professional, spoke perfect English, and gave me confidence. The new denture was available within less than a week. I attended the clinic in February 2022, firstly the price, my work was two thirds cheaper than the UK, obviously, it will vary depending on the work but even with flights and hotel, it is so much cheaper than the UK. The clinic is very modern and state of art equipment and very clean, the staff were very friendly and professional, they spoke good English and my dentist was excellent, he knows his stuff and did a great job. I am back for the second phase of treatment in August 2022 and have full confidence in getting any treatment in the future, why get ripped off in the UK for better treatment at the fraction of the cost, yes the transfer from Budapest is a bit of a drag, but all sorted via the clinic and a small price to pay for what is a genuinely first-rate service. The dentist changed my plan when he first met me, which saved me over a thousand which showed me he was more concerned about the quality of the outcome over profit, what a shame its not the way in the UK. In short, I can't recommend the service enough, the best choice I have made in terms of treatment.
