My first trip to Turkey to have implants and I have to say I'm really impressed. From the very moment I arrived in Turkey, the service I received was absolutely outstanding. My implants have settled really well and I can't wait to go back in 3 months time to have my final fitting for my implants and veneers. I had an implant and a root canal treatment at Clinic Prime, Kartal. I had not only a high-quality professional dental treatment, but also a warm and relaxing health care experience. The clinic is very modern, hygienic and cosy. The staff is really professional, kind and caring. They sincerely made an extra effort to yield the perfect solution and made sure I had 100% contentment in terms of the result. I rarely do reviews, but Dr Baysal deserves 5 stars, and I am also doing you a favour because Dr Baysal must be one of the most competent dentists in the jungle of Turkish dentistry. Firstly, he is one of only few dentists to use CT scanning as a diagnostic tool (none of my former own dentists have ever done that). His diagnoses are therefore 100% informed and accurate, and I still can’t believe I had to go to Istanbul to get that! He picked up several important issues needing attention, which my UK dentist had overlooked for years and would have caused me serious health issues later, had they not been caught by him in time. He really is exceptionally competent at diagnosing, which is fundamental and should be the basis your treatment plan yet left out by most other dentists. He addressed the necessary issues, gave me a few treatment and cost options but without pushing for additional work. His work looks amazingly natural & beautiful, but my oral health also improved so much after the treatment (combination of sinus lift/ implant/root canal/crown). In terms of dentistry work, he is a perfectionist. Weirdly, it’s a pleasure to observe him work because he is so skilled; no former dentist that I have had treatment with were as detailed or took as much time in their preparations as Dr Baysal. He even sent some crowns back to the lab because he was not perfectly happy with their shape and thought they should be 1mm longer (and he was right😊). Granted, there are cultural differences, and the clinic is more informal and ‘open plan’ than I’m used to, but perfectly clean. Information is a bit sparse, on a need-to-know basis, but I'll take that any time over my former dentists' mediocre work and ill-informed diagnoses delivered with perfect bedside manners. Dr Baysal is a genuinely caring person, very competent and I’m so, so glad I found him. I’ll happily be flying to Istanbul for even regular dental check-ups going forward. His clinic is in a great part of town, and it will be a pleasure to see him and his sweet team again. I highly recommend him. Look no further, honestly.

The clinic might seem a bit pricy, but the quality of their zirconium crowns is exceptional. They fit perfectly and look incredibly natural. Definitely worth the investment.

The primary reason for choosing this clinic was the use of contemporary instruments. However, when I went there, I saw how skilful their team was, and I was pleased with the decision I made. Thank you, Cosmedica, for making me love my teeth.
