I came to this dentist after having had multiple mixed experiences elsewhere. I was instantly at ease at how kind the staff at the front desk were. This was followed through in the treatment room where everything was explained thoroughly and nothing was rushed. I wasn’t made to feel like just another customer. My family and I have been patients at The Dental Studio for some years now and have always been more than satisfied with the care provided, but after my last few visits to see your hygienist, Emma Fletcher, I felt I really had to say something to let you know how very impressed I have been on each occasion I have met and been treated by Emma. As a layman I found Emma's diagnoses and advice so simple to understand and extremely informative, as for the treatment itself I can only say that I am the owner of some rather old and sensitive teeth and Emma is simply the best hygienist I have ever been to, caring, thoughtful, professional whilst light of touch and, the treatment is working already!! I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Emma, and her nurses for all their help and care during my treatment. I've been going to SDP for at least ten years now even though it isn't in my immediate area as the staff is excellent and their equipment up to date. But mostly I go because of Sylvia's superb hygienist skills. My gum issues are now history and my teeth have never been so clean. This is kind of odd to write, but I really look forward to my teeth-cleaning appointments!
I needed a fair bit of stuff done due to age and neglect and it was all done to the highest quality over the course of a few visits. All the staff members are engaging and professional. Residents of West Wight are fortunate to have this excellent service at their disposal. I won't ever go anywhere else.
