I was extremely pleased with all stages of the treatment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a cup of tea and seated. I had a consultation with Dr. Sophie, who was very patient and gave me the best advice and answered all my queries and addressed my worries- I even was allowed to bring my son with me which made me much more comfortable. Overall I had a very positive experience in a comfortable setting. I am looking forward to having a consultation with Dr. Raj Thethi.

I would like to say a big Thank you to Dr Raquel for helping me get started on my acne treatment/journey, I still have a long way to go but I am seeing amazing results already from products that Raquel has supplied me with, She really does take everything on board with what I’m wanting to achieve, and so far so good, communication is always a 1000%, Raquel has been there right from my very first visit up until now, even if I haven’t seen her or need to ask her a question she’s only a call or text away and gets back to me as soon as she can! Her clinic is a lovely place, very clean and professional, with nothing to make anyone feel nervous about visiting, I’m so glad I got in contact with her and I’m looking forward to seeing more great results. I have had a troublesome wart on my finger, that I had tried almost everything to get rid of. Literally had it for years! Then I was recommended to come here and after a couple of treatments it’s gone!!!! Hallelujah! Booked other treatments as the staff make you feel so welcome! I 100% recommend this place. The staff and doctor were very professional and thorough with my mole and skin check. I had one treatment for sun damage carried out straight away and a follow up appointment booked. I'd recommend this clinic to others and will be going back for an annual mole check. They had a special offer for the summer where my appointment was half price at £80. I also paid £75 for the immediate sun damage treatment and bought some Altruist sunscreen which is very good value at £5 for 200 ml spf30.
