The treatment is very good at this hospital. Everything was pretty straightforward from pick up and transfer to the hospital. Provided good pain relief. The hotel was good, fairly quiet. Nice and clean. Food was also ok.

I had my laser eye surgery with Risus Clinic, and I am happy with the service and treatment. I think coming from the UK, I expected more testing and more information than I was given, but the treatment went well.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

I went to the Med Assist clinic in Istanbul for rehab. My experiences there have been thoroughly satisfactory. Starting with the safety of the patients and of course the staff through trained security experts, the doctors, nurses and carers, everything was flawless and can only be recommended. Of course, your own motivation and attitude also play a crucial role, because without will and desire, not even God himself can lead you on the right path or bring you back to independence. All the employees were very nice, always helpful and caring. My conclusion is that anyone who wants to be in control of themselves again and free from dependency of any kind is in good hands in this clinic. With respect to the entire team, you do a great job and are also very tolerant, friendly and helpful. With kind regards to the entire staff, great respect for the great work you are doing.

I had sleep apnea and snoring surgery. I was very impressed with the hospital it’s better than any private hospital I’ve been to in the UK. All the staff were very polite, and professional and could not do enough for you. The surgeon examined me and explained what the surgery would consist of and answered any questions I had. After the surgery, I was well looked after by the team anything I needed they did. I would highly recommend, for the standard of treatment it was exceptional value for money. I'm pleased with the doctor's professionalism and kind approach from the beginning till the end. The operation was heavy regards my eye location in the head, but the doctor achieved great results not meters of this obstacle. I can advise you to use this doctor 100%. Only I can advise any potential patients to do more research regards the operation before doing something with their eyes. I've gained a far vision not knowing I will lose my perfect short vision which is important for my day-by-day work. I only hope after a week my brain will adjust to my new vision accordingly.

I have my lens replacement at this clinic, and I am very pleased and grateful for the result. Every single member of the staff are very nice, friendly, approachable and professional. Burak looks after me every single step throughout my surgery from the start to finish in person. He is very imformative from the very beginning though whatapp. My driver Gokhan is very friendly and lovely as well. My doctor even opened the clinic for me (just for me) , to do my control test on Sunday. I really appreciate it and they do really care about their patients. I strongly recommended anyone who needs any eye treatments at this clinic.
