The treatment was excellent compared with the treatment we had in Ireland over a period of 5 years. Straight to point, no waffle pregnant on second egg donation attempt. Everyone was very helpful Elena and Dr Thanos especially now we have a wonderful son just wish we had have found out about them before trying in IVF clinic in Ireland.

I went for the dental treatment, they were so organised and expert. the dentist was amazing, he knew what he was doing. I also loved the hotel Mercure it was so luxurious. I would recommend them for dental treatments.

Fantastic experience from start to finish at Nadezhda hospital. We felt in very safe hands with Dr Stamenov. His calm mannered, friendly and expert approach made us feel at ease and we had every confidence in him. We travelled from the UK after previously undergoing fertility treatment in a UK clinic without success. The treatment and experience we received at Nadezhda hospital were far superior. One of the main differences we found was that we saw Dr Stamenov at every appointment. During the stimulation phase, we regularly attended the clinic so he could perform scans and amend medication where necessary. He also carried out egg collections and embryo transfers. He is so passionate and you really feel that he genuinely cares. In our eyes, he is a miracle worker! Our treatment was facilitated by Iva and colleagues from Medspa. We can’t sing their praises enough, they were highly professional, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We are a same-sex couple in our early 40’s so both decided to have IVF treatment at the same time using donor sperm from the hospital. Amazingly we both became pregnant first time after frozen embryo transfer. Sadly one of us miscarried, however, we are now proud parents of a beautiful baby boy and we have frozen embryos stored at the clinic for future use. We found travelling to and from Sofia relatively easy, we treated each visit as a bit of a holiday and enjoyed taking in the sights and local food. Everything was excellent value for money. After a long time spent researching clinics abroad, we are so glad that we decided to use Nadezhda hospital and Medspa. We would highly recommend the clinic to anyone considering fertility treatment.

I’m surprised about all the negative reviews as we have had the best experience ever.. Dr Selim and Sandra have been amazing with us. We did our treatment in the UK and the rest at the clinic. It’s been a relaxing and calm experience.. the team at Jinepol have been extremely supportive and helpful.. we have been blessed with a baby after many years.. all thanks to the team and by the grace of god alhamdulillah. Sandra was amazing she stayed in contact the whole time we were going through our treatment and helped us with all our needs. Dr Selim was honest about all our options, he gave us all the information and help we needed which made things easier for us. It’s such an emotional experience but Dr. Selim and his were fantastic with us.. thank you for everything.

Naturally, I was very concerned about having surgery abroad but the moment I had a consultation with Dr Bazeos my fears were allayed, I knew I had found my doctor. Out of due diligence, I had consultations with other doctors to ensure I wasn’t jumping the gun. That further cemented my decision and I knew I had made the right choice. I had an open Myomectomy surgery a week ago and the recovery process has been a breeze all thanks to Dr Bazeos. He is remarkably responsive and will answer ALL your questions and deal with any issue as they arise which is very reassuring for any patient. It is not easy to find a doctor you can trust, I am grateful that I made the choice to become your patient. Dr Kassab is simply spectacular! Professional, very caring, very knowledgeable and compassionate. After a couple of years of struggling with infertility without understanding the real problems and failed fertility treatments, we had an appointment with his clinic. He took his time listening to our needs and medical records. He was patient with us, made sure my husband and I felt at ease. We had a successful IVF treatment from the first try!! He was very thorough up to my delivery, complete with regard to every detail.
