Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I found the clinic by doing some research online and contacted them through WhatClinic. Anna Czwordon got in touch with me and explained the whole process. Setting up the appointment and understanding the logistics was really clear and Anna was really nice too. When I arrived in Poland I was collected by the clinics driver and taken to my hotel. The clinics drivers had no problem transferring me to and from the airport and also the clinic. When I was at the clinic all the staff were so nice and caring. I was waiting a little while but that was fine because it was made comfortable for me. Everything was explained really well and I got to meet Dr Lukasz Banasiak for my consultation. Dr Lucasz is a great Dr and person. He made me feel comfortable and in a safe environment. This carried on throughout the process and the surgery. Anna has been in touch since my surgery and has advised me how to look after the scars. I am so happy with the work that has been done I would definitely return to Dr Lucasz for another procedure.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

From being picked up at airport the whole experience was so stress free. I had knee replacement surgery. The hospital and the staff from the surgeon to the medical team were brilliant. I would like to thank especially Oskar for always being there with any problems and Malgorzata (physio)for always being so friendly and supportive. I would recommend this procedure to anyone.

Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. I got my mini gastric bypass done from Dr Sohaib two months ago. The experience has been nothing less than wonderful. I have lost 15 kg’s already with the surgery. In addition to the surgery's success, Dr. Sohaib's compassion and professional expertise has improved the experience. I took my first appointment with Dr Sohaib after looking for bariatric surgeons online and knew it right away that I wanted to get my procedure done from him. He is aware of his patients' medical issues and helps them by recommending the best available course of action. The surgery was done professionally with minimal marks and zero complications. The Pre and Post OP care has been unmatchable. In contrast to other doctors, Dr. Sohaib wanted to make sure that I understood every aspect of the procedure and was at ease prior to the operation. Additionally, he gave me advice on how to properly care for myself after surgery and answered all of my questions. Following surgery, he keeps in touch with the patients to check in on how they are doing. He doesn't put his patients at undue financial strain by scheduling unnecessary appointments. He is also upfront about all the available payment plans. My parents and I couldn't be happier with him and we highly suggest him to everyone. Dr. Sohaib is one of the few medical professionals that would treat you like a friend and won't disregard you after surgery.

When they talk about The best doctor they mean this one. I will recommend him when u need to do any bariatric procedure did mine yesterday and don’t believe that I did a procedure. No pain and they are so efficient with attending to you. Thank u doc

I visited the Vita Clinic to have a colonoscopy in early July 2023. My father had a colon cancer at 63 so I had to take this examination quickly to make sure everything is ok. I chose this clinic in Sofia because of its good reputation given by local people. Upon my arrival, I was very well received by the medical staff. Then I could quickly take the different pre-coloscopy tests (blood test, X-ray pictures,...) without queueing during hours. I noticed that the communication between the differents medical units are very good because each unit knew my name upon my arrival at the unit and the reason of the test. The premises are clean. So I felt quickly in confident in this clinic. I recommend it. It is very professionnal.
