Nothing but good words for this clinic. I arrived from Australia and had my hair replaced with 4500 grafts. Everything from the get-go was very easy. I was worried that the process would be difficult but actually, it wasn't. I was given instructions from start to finish by the very friendly staff at Transes. 6 months on and my confidence has really come out, I don't wear a hat anymore to cover up by baldness and the hair is growing very well. I highly recommend Transes based on their experience, price point and professionalism.

The way they treat each individual is wonderful because they devote themselves absolutely in such a way that the patient really feels that he is in safe hands. The operation was completely painless, and the team patiently explained procedure. For many years I had been considering having a hair transplant done but kept putting it off. One day on Facebook I came across Tetik Health based in Istanbul, the reviews seemed very good, so I contacted them. I had Tugce get back to me, she is absolutely amazing, she went through everything with me, little things that put me off having the treatment, and my worries, Tugce answered all my questions and boosted my confidence. After many years of thinking whether I should have the treatment I finally booked it. There was a small deposit to pay and Tugce arranged everything for me. All I had to do was book my flight. The day I arrived at Istanbul airport, a driver was arranged to collect me and take me to the hotel, then to the clinic the following day, all this included in the price. When I got to the clinic I was greeted by the staff who made me feel very welcome, absolutely amazing people. The clinic was very clean and tidy. The treatment was all completed that day, the following day I had to go back to get it washed. Their driver also took me to Istanbul airport the day I was returning back home. The service was absolutely amazing and I cannot fault it in any way. I would definitely consider having further treatment with Tetik Health in the future.

Looking back at it now, it’s safe to say that I made the right decision. Everything went as planned, from my hotel stay to the actual procedure itself, all of which happened within a span of 3 days. I had a rhinoplasty a few days ago. I was very scared, but I was pleasantly surprised because everything went spectacularly well. I wanted to give a special thanks to Alondra, my assistant and the one who organized absolutely everything for me. Apart from everything, she took care of me and made me and my mother feel protected throughout this process. At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

After speaking with the consultant regarding my hair I was impressed with the way he answered. Every question that I asked him and a couple that I was unsure about and he really put me at ease. I have decided to go ahead with them being very impressed.
