I had been training in the gym and was feeling a bit tight in a few places. Met with Sophie who examined me and diagnosed what needed to be done. The sports massage was very effective as 4 days later I am still feeling the benefit. Sophie also identified a couple of other issues for me to be aware of and to start doing some specific exercises to improve the problem areas. Very good. The clinic is in a house, but from the receptionist to the Physio everyone was polite, friendly and very helpful.

However, you need to remember to do the exercises they give you. Rehabilitation is in your own hands. They can’t easily help you through recovery if you don’t.
