Dr. Mehmet Bekir Sen did a fabulous job. I am still in the early stages of recovery, but could not be happier with the aesthetic outcome. The procedure itself was completely pain-free, and both Dr. Sen and his nurse Elif were great to chat with throughout the procedure, which dulled the nerves. The first 1-2 days were uncomfortable, but as long as I kept up with my pain med schedule, it was manageable. Would have liked a few more detailed instructions for post-op to feel like I was fully informed on what to expect (i.e., how long to continue certain steps, what to expect at each stage of recovery, etc.). But that being said his team was very responsive to all my emails.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Harry is an excellent Doctor. He was very honest/realistic with us throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable and made suggestions the UK doctors didn’t seem to have considered. After 4 years of failed IVF in the UK, we now have 2 healthy twin babies thanks to Harry. We will be forever grateful.

I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. Rabia has perfect English and the nurses as well as the hotel staff were competent enough in English to help me. I would definitely recommend this team and Aurea Heath Group.

I went to Metro Clinic in Bangkok to get nose thread lift procedure done. The receptionist/nurse was extremely welcoming and provided amazing service. The doctor came later and gave good advice on what I would need and also answered all my questions. He assured me that it would be a quick procedure and it would take atleast 1-2 weeks to see the difference/results. I am back in Singapore now and would recommend the clinic if you are also looking to do similar procedures. Definitely will return to get some undereye fillers.

Naturally, I was very concerned about having surgery abroad but the moment I had a consultation with Dr Bazeos my fears were allayed, I knew I had found my doctor. Out of due diligence, I had consultations with other doctors to ensure I wasn’t jumping the gun. That further cemented my decision and I knew I had made the right choice. I had an open Myomectomy surgery a week ago and the recovery process has been a breeze all thanks to Dr Bazeos. He is remarkably responsive and will answer ALL your questions and deal with any issue as they arise which is very reassuring for any patient. My journey with Dr Kassab started 18 yrs ago! Since then, I trust everything he tells me on any level. I always knew that the service you get at his clinic is nowhere to be found & life proved it to me when I had to go to someone else after moving out of Lebanon while pregnant with my 3rd kid. Luckily, I had the chance to experience the sweetness of pregnancy process twice with Dr Kassab, from his very detailed explanations to the highly sophisticated equipment he uses, to the in-clinic lab he has, which spares you the struggle of doing the tests anywhere else. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my experience with the new gynaecologist who barely talked to me or replied to any of my questions without sarcasm, also didn't bother to tell me anything about the baby's health & status. I left assuming everything was fine not to mention that I couldn't see anything on the monitor while she was doing the echo because the image was bad. Anyway, she requested a detailed scan, which to my surprise is done by another dr. at another clinic! Not to mention that the visit cost a big amount of money, knowing that the dr. opted not to charge the echo fees! (God knows how much we would have paid if she didn't). On a side note, this dr. was highly recommended by 4 or 5 of our friends we had to wait for 3 weeks to get the appointment. My husband & I left the clinic very shocked of what we've been through & we called Dr Kassab right away to thank him for every time he received us with a smile & good attitude, for the relaxed feeling we got every time we walked into his clinic, for this relationship that felt more of a friendship. Thank you, Dr Bernard, for everything you did & you're still doing for us, your service & effort are HIGHLY appreciated! We love you!

I engaged clinic Ceram Marbella and now we are many steps forward. I am waiting for my medicine prescription. The response is very good. Madam Joanna has been there for my many endless questions and concerns.

Mr Masood has been an excellent practitioner overseeing my care in both gynaecology and obstetrics. I had a very challenging pregnancy but was managed well under his care. Knowledge of my case meant that he made himself available for caesarian section delivery. Following delivery, he ensured that when there was availability, I was booked for a myomectomy. Throughout my care, I have been happy, comfortable and confident in Mr Masood's care. He is clear, thorough and an expert in his field. I would certainly recommend him and I would seek to be under his care again should I have any gynaecological or obstetric needs.

I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.
