Hi I had a very tight calf muscle when I attended the cottage clinic. Brian worked on it for 30 mins. Have to say it felt really loose afterwards and was back training two days later. Clinic is spotless and a real relaxing air about the place. Also very good value. Your not rushed out of the place either.
An Irish friend of mine, one of Lisa's patients, recommended that I consult with her for ongoing, long term, lower back and right knee problem.
