Consultation was basically very tidy. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Andrea was very professional with lots of questions and valuations and then proceeded to explain what could be done what was involved and explain the pluses and minuses. This made me feel very comfortable. Going forward today and I have to say I feel quite comfortable after the treatment.
I was suffering from excruciating pain from a restricted left shoulder joint, this limited my ability to work and confined me to restricted movements. I have a history of joint problems including my neck and lower back. I have visited many "Chiro's" over the years. Steve was recommended by my stepson, who is a fisherman his line of work puts massive stress on many joints and muscles. I was very impressed on my first visit. Especially his professionalism, the speed at which he works and giving value for money. He gave me great relief, he also worked on my neck, which gave me greater speed with my right hand on the organ keyboard. Which had been slowing down for many years, it amazed me. I would highly recommend Steve Oldale as the best I have ever experienced.

I was treated with the utmost of care, professionalism and the procedure was quite painless. (I had a small wart removed). I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. All I can say is WOW. I have been to so many physios, chiros, osteopaths, sports therapists, masseurs, and even a few GP's for my various injuries and none of them have taken the time to examine me and test me as he did. He explained everything really well and came up with things none of the others did to help me. Don't waste your money seeing others he will help you more than most will.
I visited this clinic when I was in a lot of pain in my hip and lower back, I was treated by Margarita who was so gentle and caring and kind, she listened to me and told me what to expect every step of the way. I’ve had this pain for a very long time she told me that she couldn’t cure me but could make me comfortable and more able to move without pain. So here I am so glad I found Primo all the staff were so nice and helpful. I would certainly recommend them.
Acting on a personal recommendation from a friend who is already a client, I attended the clinic several months ago. I could hardly walk after injuring my back in a severe fall but I was able to walk out of the clinic, although, naturally, still a little sore. However, the day following my first treatment I was walking with greatly reduced pain and improved mobility. I have continued treatments with both Doctors and extremely grateful to both for enabling me to live a much more enjoyable and fruitful life. The clinic is spotless, the staff well skilled and welcoming and I have absolutely no compunction in recommending their very professional services.
