What I love about Ultracel is the fact that it makes your own body do all the work. I loved watching my face look younger as the weeks and months passed, and I loved not having to worry about whether it could go wrong, or worry about how many times I could repeat the procedure in the future. Julie has created a beautiful and relaxing environment at the clinic, and always allows plenty of time to discuss the treatment plan so I'm fully informed. She takes the time to relax clients during the treatment, and always talks through what she is doing, so nothing comes as a surprise. I had a dead-cell facial peel plus a milia and other small sebaceous growths removed by the very efficient and friendly Julie. I was impressed that she only charged for the appointment time, not for how many treatments were applied. My healing has been quicker than I initially thought and I feel confident that the treatment will be successful (still a little early to tell).

My consultation was with Elaine Doran. She was knowledgeable, informative and highly skilled. She made me feel so at ease as well as being obviously very educated. It was an eye-opening and life-changing appointment for me and I definitely plan on going back.

What a great experience having my skin tags removed by Jemma. She explained in full what would happen and it turned out to be a comfortable and pain free session to remove more than 10 tags this morning. I would recommend her clinic to anyone with skin tags and who are worried about the procedure.

I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.
