I researched for a long time and chose Dr. Ilen because he is an ENT with experience in complicated cases, he took my other medical conditions seriously, and he answered all my questions in detail through 2 video consultations even before I made my final decision, his results on Instagram really suited my taste, he is very kind and speaks English well. He explained everything in detail and gave me all the time I needed for all my questions when we had a consultation in his office before the surgery day and did some extra tests to make sure everything would be ok because of my other medical issues.
