I had combined surgery on the 28.02.23 with Dr Görkem, from the moment I arrived I was picked up by a driver and when arriving at the hospital two staff Yunes & Enes looked after me. Had my bloods taken and a medical check, then Dr came in the morning to discuss my desired outcome. I feel that he listened to me and surgery went well. I was then taken back to my hotel which was very modern and any queries I had to do with my post op surgery were answered very quickly on what’s app. I will be going back for other facial surgeries with Dr Görkem. The warmth you feel from staff does make a difference to your medical journey. Your outcome is listened to and understood here!!!!

Everything was very good I had breast aesthetic surgery at Aktif International Hospitals last month. My transfer and my hotel or all services were perfect. It was the first time I visited Cevre Hospital. Let's start from the beginning: The booking for the appointment was so smooth and professional. They sent me all necessary information through WhatsApp (prices, location, and even the consent). They were so flexible and lovely. When I reached the clinic I felt the good vibes. The music, ambience, smell, and decoration are relaxing. The staff are so lovely and friendly. They all speak English which is a plus. Dr. Ali cem is so lovely and caring. He described everything and made sure to answer all my questions. Later on I met the other doctor who was extremely friendly and relaxing. I loved their cooperation which added much positive energy. I really want to thank them all for making my experience so positive. Looking forward to see the amazing results soon. I highly recommend them and would come back for any other aesthetic services

I recently had several procedures with Dr. Gorkem Atsal and his team and I could not be more pleased, both with my results and with the service and experience. From first contact, Sia, my patient coordinator was extremely responsive and thorough when answering any of my questions. He continued to be as supportive before, during and after my procedure. Dr. Atsal allowed for as much time as I wanted during my FaceTime consultation as well as in person. I felt like I had the chance to talk about exactly what my desired results were and his conversation in return was very detailed in what I could expect and in confirming he understood what I was looking for. After the procedure I was very stressed as with any procedure there can be lots of swelling and your features can appear distorted. Dr. Atsal and his team never got frustrated with me and were very reassuring, kind and patient. Dr.Atsal told me the swelling would continue to go down and to send him photos every 3 days with my progress. I didn’t end up having to do that as by the time I landed back in Canada the swelling continued to subside and I could tell how amazing of a job he had done already. I had a very difficult rhinoplasty for him to complete and I am blown away at what he was able to do. On top of that my initial Rhinoplasty had caused me breathing issues and I could not breathe at all out of one nostril. Dr. Atsal not only made My nose looks amazing but I can finally breathe again. I already have one of my friends who booked with him immediately after seeing my results because she was so impressed. The team has continued to check in on me since I have returned home and if I ever get anything else done, I will be going to Dr. Arsal.

My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr. Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived in Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel, which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel. Then, straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in detail what to expect with an amazing turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill. we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, I was very calm, which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me. I felt very, very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery. I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr. Ulas, Rabia, and the team. I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. The service I’ve had from West has been beyond excellent from the very 1st moment I made contact up to now I’ve received the utmost professional service. Actually I didn't go for the treatment Dr Unal was offering but she was the first doctor to get in touch with me. Explained everything in detail and was very helpful.

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

It wasn't an easy decision for another rhinoplasty as after the first one I was left with blocked collapsing misshaped nose that left me traumatised for years to come. Took me 10 years to get over it and made a step toward normal looking Me. Did some research and decided for a trip to meet not known by me or friends, Dr.Ferhat in Istanbul and that was my lottery win!!! I was very sceptical having somewhere in back of my head the bad experience from the past but meeting Dr for the first time I realised he was a truly passionate Dr who really wants to help!!! I could see his passion in his eyes when he was checking out my nose before surgery, clearly explaining it wasn't an easy case as the nose was basically collapsing from every side but also gave me hope that we could use my rib cartridge to re-built my nose. I was shocked but at the same time I said to him: dr do your magic, you are the artist here! I fully trusted him. The entire process went really smooth and easy as the entire team were next to me all the time with all the help and support. Had my break down at some point -panic attack - but with help of dr and his team, I made it through leaving Istanbul the happiest me I ever! Coming from a bad experience I had a high expectations I could not believe what I saw after cast removed, the results were way beyond my expectations, expected a lot but not that much. My nose was beautiful from every possible side, unlocked breathing all rebuilt and stabled no more falling apart collapsing deflated look like ballon!!! Wanted to cry and hug each of the team member but I was shocked and overwhelmed with my new stunning nose! Left the surgery with a smile on my face!! Dr Ferhat gave me not only a new functional nose but new Me - the person who was hiding for so many years. It feels like my life turned. I look into mirror with a smile swinging happy confident me again!!!! I couldn't be happier I made this decision and trusted your skills and professionalism!!! What I can only say is BIG FAT THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart dr Ferhat and your team!!! You did a GREAT job !!!!
