I had my op in march 2022 at golden med hair clinic, after a few months of Whatsapping with Eman. I was nervous as I didn't know what to expect but when I got to the clinic I realised how professional and clean the clinic was and how helpful Eman was in explaining everything and making sure I was satisfied with every step of the procedure. The nurses and Eman were very good through out the experience and provided a lunch and transport to and from the clinic. The aftercare was explained down to the very detail which made a huge help when I got home, and even after I got home if I had any questions or issues Eman was always on hand to reply straight away on what app with the answers which was brilliant. I've recommended Eman and golden med hair to many friends and collegue since I've came back because of my experience there professionalism and Emans help which I couldnt thank her enough for!
When you enter the clinic you really feel the warmth. I was received very kindly, and the employees came to have a nice chat before I was taken for my conversation with the doctor. Once at home I called if I could come again with my partner to go through everything again. Despite the fact that I came for the second time for the same, it was again taken seriously and they really had taken all the time and it was explained to me and my partner very well. After my second conversation, I received a call asking if everything was clear to me and if I had any questions. I experienced this as very nice because it was a big step for me. Now I have been treated with breast enlargement and I am very happy with the result. The scar is barely visible and the shape is exactly what I had in mind. All in all, I can say that choosing to have my surgery at essential has been the best decision.
Lovely team, elegant and professional place. I went there for lip fillers and they really cared about what I was looking for and they respected the proportions of my face. The results are perfect. Good price too.
