From the first contact, I have received excellent communication, service and treatment. Dr Martin discussed my condition in easy-to-understand terms with my wife and I, then the procedure. Dr Martin has a great patient interaction and I felt very comfortable. The procedure went according to plan - every step explained as it was happening. Remote aftercare and responses to my questions were quick. I received my biopsy results on Boxing Day morning - a great Christmas present, giving me peace of mind that my condition had been resolved. I booked in for a Hydrafacial and was over the moon with the results. I have made this part of my regular monthly plan now, and am also considering other treatments. The team are very friendly and based in the heart of Stourbridge.

I approached the Laser Clinic with a view to having a large skin tag removed which I felt quite self- conscious about. I was given an appointment time to undergo a preliminary examination to make sure everything was OK and asked to give a statement of medical health to see that everything was satisfactory. A price was given which I was very happy with, and I decided that I would proceed with the treatment. Everything was carried out in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the treatment that I have received to date and would recommend this service.
