Shirley saw me, diagnosed the problem and explained everything fully, including cost. Shirley then carried out the procedure to remove the issue. What a fantastic job she made, it was painless and she gave clear and concise aftercare instructions. I'm returning next week for a check up. I chose Smile Kind as I required specialist surgical treatment not available at my normal general practice dentist. They are on my general practice dentist's list for complex referrals. Also my wife had excellent treatment earlier this year at Smile Kind, to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. My treatment was to extract a cracked and infected molar that was beyond repair, followed by a bone graft and associated initial procedures in preparation for a planned implant later this year. This process, from my initial assessment meeting with Sami and Sarah, the surgery itself last week, and next day post-op follow up phone call were completed with total professionalism and high skill. The surgery site in my jaw is already settling down after several days. Everything was explained in advance, the surgery itself was pain and stress-free, and patient care was exemplary. I started my journey last year to have my upper teeth removed and a denture made as I had a lot of problems with my upper teeth and gums, I had a lot of problems with my new dentures not fitting and the alignment of the teeth. I must say Julie on the front desk and Jona was amazing. I cannot thank them enough for their help and understanding they are a credit to the clinic. After many appointments with the lab technician, I then had an appointment with Linda who also was amazing and professional she remoulded and arranged a new set of dentures which have absolutely changed my life they fit perfectly my confidence has grown tenfold thanks to Lisa and her team of girls. After my first 6 months of discomfort and regret of having dentures Linda has put that smile back on my face thank you Linda. Thank you Julie for your kindness and understanding you are a star 😬 I would definitely recommend Linda she is fantastic.

Very professional clinic and extremely welcoming, Sarah made me feel at ease soon as I walked through the door and answered all my questions when I asked about different treatments, very knowledgeable and such a delight to chat with. Today was the second time I've had treatment with Jodie, she is absolutely lovely, such a caring person and amazing at what she does.
