I have been having treatment with Shaan for over a year now, basically over time she has remodelled my face. I had a Macs facelift under local anaesthesia and light sedation nearly 6 weeks ago and I am over the moon with the results. This was a treat for my 60th birthday and it has completely removed my jowels and lifted my face - looking younger but still very natural. Very skilfully done - thankyou. I would definitely recommend Dr Rehman. She carried out a FaceTime consultation first (at my request) followed up with an in person consultation. (One company I had contacted agreed to carry out my facelift after I sent 3 photographs and had a telephone consultation only.). My only regret was that I didn't get my eyes done at the same time.

I was so surprised at how cheap, quick, simple, and painless having my mole removed was. In hindsight, I should have done it years ago. If I had known how easy it was going to be.

I had a dead-cell facial peel plus a milia and other small sebaceous growths removed by the very efficient and friendly Julie. I was impressed that she only charged for the appointment time, not for how many treatments were applied. My healing has been quicker than I initially thought and I feel confident that the treatment will be successful (still a little early to tell).

I was recommended the Obagi nu derm system by Antoinette for quite severe melasma and I noticed a difference within 2 weeks and then my melasma continued to improve until the 12 week course was up, it’s now completely gone is like my skin was 5 years ago before the melasma! I didn’t think it would work to this extent. I’m so happy with my skin and would recommend anybody with melasma to try this too.

I have been having treatments with Raquel for a few years and would never contemplate going anywhere else even if they were half the price. I know I’m in expert hands. Raquel is both friendly and professional and is the best in her field of work. She is that good she also teaches others aesthetics. There is never any push to sell products or treatments. Dr Khalil is brilliant. He is patient, kind, and humourous - makes the processes and minor discomfort easier to endure. He is also very honest and straight-talking. He does not embellish facts, always making sure that I am informed of the risks and the realistic impact a procedure is going to have. He does not overcharge or push any unnecessary treatments so I trust him when he does recommend something. I live in London and I travel to Bournemouth to have my treatments because I trust only him. 5 Stars for Dr Khalil!

Leah did a lazer treatment on my face and neck, and cool freezing. Also micro derma action. Dr Berry gives me prophilo which is incredible. Great clinic, professional and friendly.

Mole removal on the side of my nose- £250. I found the clinic to be very clean and professional. Laura was clear and knowledgeable on the subject and discussed the procedure with me. We went ahead on the same day, it was no longer than 2 mins and the mole had been removed leaving a small sore. The sore is currently healing and has scabbed and my follow up appointment is in a couple of weeks. So far I am happy with the outcome and pleased I took the step.

Staff friendly but professional. Paula put me at ease as I was quite nervous. Clinic itself is in a beautiful Victorian house and decor- very much has a calming effect as not too clinical.
