I booked my appointment with Skin Hub and was met at the door of the complex by Andy where he holds his clinic. I was instantly reassured by him and felt at ease throughout the whole process. Andy has an impressive knowledge of skin and skin conditions and really took the time to explain the process and the aftercare to me including answering a separate skin concern I had. During the procedure, he made sure that I was comfortable and that I felt able to communicate if I was in any discomfort. Andy's work is expert and his precision and attention to detail are evident. I was pleased with the whole experience and would thoroughly recommend Andy to anyone seeking to get treatments done.

Had a few skin tags removed with Cryo pen, great booking process, answered all my questions and booked in within the same week. The doctor explained everything in the consultation, and then I had the procedure, also spoke about a mole I have been concerned about, and the doctor did advise. I was really nervous to have any anti-wrinkle injections or fillers - you read negative stories and see celebrities looking odd. But, my increasingly wrinklier look was making me feel like I wanted to refresh it all, but naturally - embrace getting older but take the edge off! Kevin really put me at ease, we talked it all through, and I could go away and think about it, no pressure. I first had forehead and crows feet injections and the whole thing was quick and painless - the results kicked in slowly (over 7 days) and I looked like my normal self, just refreshed. I like that there is a follow-up app. I was worried about having some reaction but all was absolutely fine and not that I have done it once I will do it again here and there as needed. Some months after I went for fillers as I was bothered by the nose-to-mouth fold lines - this was also a good experience, no horrible reaction and very subtle, just took the edge off those creases. All in all, thoroughly recommended.

Mole removal on the side of my nose- £250. I found the clinic to be very clean and professional. Laura was clear and knowledgeable on the subject and discussed the procedure with me. We went ahead on the same day, it was no longer than 2 mins and the mole had been removed leaving a small sore. The sore is currently healing and has scabbed and my follow up appointment is in a couple of weeks. So far I am happy with the outcome and pleased I took the step.

One weekend, on the spur of the moment, I decided I WOULD do something about the rather unsightly skin tag on my neck.... I emailed an enquiry, got a response on the next business day and a consultation the day after that. Dr Jain looked at the skin tag and offered to remove it there and then. I have to say I've spent longer queuing in the Post Office to buy stamps! Very happy with the results.
