Very professional clinic and extremely welcoming, Sarah made me feel at ease soon as I walked through the door and answered all my questions when I asked about different treatments, very knowledgeable and such a delight to chat with. Today was the second time I've had treatment with Jodie, she is absolutely lovely, such a caring person and amazing at what she does. Jodie made me feel very calm and talked me through everything she was doing. Always feel like a million dollars when I leave. Would highly recommend, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatment. Yeah had appointment with Dr Somji, after initial review and planned treatment to achieve my requirements, today was for Fillers to my cheek area, due to age and weight lose my face was drawn in looking tired. Dr Somji, is a Magician and makes me feel and look 1000 times better, with a natural look which is most important to me, with no pain whatsoever as I'm a baby like that. So I can highly recommend Dr Somji & his clinical assistant Jas who was both brilliant.

Lovely quiet location and professional, clean clinic. I had pigmentation removal and laser hair removal. I am extremely happy with the results. I'm planning to have my teeth whitened and body contouring in the future.

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.

Just started a course of skin treatment at Reflex. Katarina is professional and her advice on skincare is very clear. I look forward to seeing the future results. Recommended.
