My experience with hair loss started in my early twenties. It began thinning steadily over the years but it had rapidly progressed by the time I reached thirty. I never wore my hair down and regularly wore toppers as my hair was so transparent on the scalp and around the crown area. It took such a toll on my confidence and I would often be in tears at the thought of losing it. I exhausted all avenues too; various hair vitamins, hair toppers and hair extensions (the latter just exacerbated the problem). In the end, after a lot of research, I came across Horner and Brown in Coventry. We arranged a meeting and discussed my options. Michaela and Emma were very honest about expectations and we decided a combined laser and minoxidil treatment was the way forward. Initially, I lost a lot of hair, I was also shedding my postpartum baby hair so it was a double whammy for me, but over time I began noticing little baby hairs growing all around the front of my head where I had receded. I also felt new hair around my crown and scalp area. I am now at a point where my confidence has been restored, I no longer obsess about my hair and do not worry about the future. My hair feels healthy and fuller and I finally feel confident enough to wear it down. I can’t thank Emma and Michaela enough for their support, professionalism and honesty. I went to Liz after a recommendation from a friend and am delighted I did! Her friendly professionalism instantly put me at ease as we discussed treatment options and a plan for areas that were making me feel unhappy. I had treatment initially for crows feet and frown lines which I then followed up with some cheek filler due to losing fat pads with aging! My crepey under eye bags have always been the area I’ve disliked the most so then started with sunekos treatment which I’m now following up with Plasma BT - one treatment so far and the results are amazing already! Everything was very well explained; such a calming atmosphere through the treatments and after care is fantastic. I would not trust anyone else with my face now and am over the moon with the results from the last few months.

I found JW clinic only recently and have visited twice. On both occasions, I had a very pleasant experience. Jane and Corinne were both amazing; so caring, friendly and professional. Jane helped me fix my lips which another “beautician” damaged. Jane made my lips absolutely beautiful. Jane is very talented and so caring. Yeah had appointment with Dr Somji, after initial review and planned treatment to achieve my requirements, today was for Fillers to my cheek area, due to age and weight lose my face was drawn in looking tired. Dr Somji, is a Magician and makes me feel and look 1000 times better, with a natural look which is most important to me, with no pain whatsoever as I'm a baby like that. So I can highly recommend Dr Somji & his clinical assistant Jas who was both brilliant.
