Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. I got my hair transplant done on the 20th September 2022

I had heard about Transes Hair clinic from a couple friends that had gone the previous year and had great results. I did some of my own research and found their prices to be the best as well. I couldn’t believe how easy the whole process was. From the time of booking my flights the people at Transes took care of almost everything else! I arrived at the airport in Istanbul and found a driver waiting for me. I was driven to a nice hotel which they had arranged and the driver even went in to check me in. I was told what time to be at the front door to be picked up and it was right on time. There was someone waiting for me at the front door of the clinic when we arrived. The staff inside were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had, and we got to the procedure. I went for the 2-day procedure and was at the clinic for about 14 hrs total. The procedure went very smoothly and at 6 months I can’t even imagine my hair getting any thicker. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Transes!!!

I had my transplant around 3 months ago and I’m very happy with the results so far and it’s only going to get better! I would definitely recommend dr Cinik to anyone. Great communication since the start, not too pushy like a lot of the other clinics. Price was very competitive also. Surgery went well (Upper blepharoplasty) and I felt comfortable and safe throughout. I felt no pain and got great results with very minimal scarring. I recently underwent an FUE hair transplant of circa 1600 grafts and it was a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly, informative, and professional throughout. The surgery process was explained in full to me, as well as a detailed overview of the aftercare treatment. Overall I would highly recommend the clinic, I'm very pleased with the initial look of my hair transplant (the future hairline) and can't wait to see the final outcome in months to come.

These guys didn’t just stop at service. They went out their way afterwards to ensure I was happy with the end result and finished the piece later on when all healed up. There were no issues with what I wanted! And still do receive the support now with medication! In general, the company are too top in every way possible. Value is the best as they still support now five years on! I like to think of myself as quite clued up on this and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Matt.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
