Great Clinic made up of great Doctors and a Great Staff! I reviewed some clinics in Istanbul, and then a friend of mine recommended this one. After careful examination, I chose Dr. Cinik's clinic. I must say that my expectations have been exceeded. - Excellent assistance in Italian to obtain information, to organize the trip, and the surgery; - Great hotel chosen by the Clinic and the transfer services in Mercedes; - Doctor Cinik is number one for professionalism, friendliness, and availability; - The entire Staff has proven to be more than professional and willing to listen to my needs and take care of me; - My surgery lasted much longer than I expected, but despite that, I must thank the entire Staff who showed themselves to be available, understanding, and very professional towards me (even though it was late, we finished almost at 9.00 PM). - The first 10 days were the toughest, especially sleeping without resting my head on a pillow. But as the days passed, the situation improved, thanks also to the Clinic providing everything I needed (medications, neck pillow, headband, hat, scalp treatments, Italian guide, etc.); - Upon returning home, I wasn't left to fend for myself, but the clinic regularly writes or calls to inquire about the progress of my recovery. They ask for photos from various angles to better assess the situation, provide suggestions on how to proceed, and simplify everything by including video tutorials. For the moment, it's only been three weeks, I can say I am very satisfied and I am eagerly looking forward to seeing the final result, which will come in about 12 months. For now, I can only thank Dr. Cinik and his wonderful staff.

I had a hair transplant on December 6, 2022. Ms. Serap really gave me enough information about the whole process and helped me with everything I was worried about. Everything was as described. I do not look at all “pulled.” the doc from Medhera has an artistic eye for perfection. He is also very methodical and my experience was seamless and flawless.

I had septo-rhinoplasty with Dr. Ferhat Ilen 3 months ago and I am very happy with my result. I decided to get surgery because of my serious breathing problem and also I did not like my natural nose shape so I was happy to change it. I researched for a long time and chose Dr. Ilen because he is an ENT with experience in complicated cases, he took my other medical conditions seriously, and he answered all my questions in detail through 2 video consultations even before I made my final decision, his results on Instagram really suited my taste, he is very kind and speaks English well. He explained everything in detail and gave me all the time I needed for all my questions when we had a consultation in his office before the surgery day and did some extra tests to make sure everything would be ok because of my other medical issues. It's been emotional !! By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic. Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. This was a first and it was great to speak to the surgeon who would be doing my procedure, rather than a salesman. I had lots of questions and my patient coordinator Jake clearly does not sleep as he was on hand anytime I asked. Jake gave me some past patients to speak to and this really put my mind at ease. I was pretty nervous on the day but Dr Ahmad and the technicians were brilliant from the moment I arrived. Jake has kept in touch since my procedure and has helped with my ongoing hair loss. Don't book a hair transplant without speaking to the Surgery Group. it's an education and saved me 2k.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). I had a hair transplant at this clinic and my operation went for 15 hrs with a great experience and outcome. Great team and work! Adem is a considerate person, he is great at his job and he also treats you like a friend and family! He and his team have a great skill in this area. He was working on me for more than 15 hours! He loves what he doe and he is very good at it. In addition, if you do not speak Turkish, Emre is a translator with a great personality. If you come from the US to this Clinic, Emre is a dude from California which you do feel like you are at home. If you bring him an In-N-out, you might have a special discount as well.

I had a hair transplant at this place just over a year ago whilst on holiday in Antalya with my family. Before the transplant, I had alread done research on the procedures. Otek provided me consultation and this dispelled some of the myths surrounding some of the types of procedures which is prevalent all over the internet. I then did further research and concluded that the advice Otek had given me was correct. I had the treatment in the last few days of my holiday so that I could enjoy my holiday (and swim). After the surgery is done, you cannot swim and must be very careful for at least the next 10 days. They collected me from my hotel and took me to a hosptial for further consulation and the procedure. I was nervous about the procedure generally and was doubting whether I should get it done even on the day. However, I became more comfortable as they talked me through the details. They gave very sound advice tailored around my specific circumstances (e.g., me wanting to be able to enjoy the rest of my holiday, return to the office and also to participate in a marathon some time later). I also took comfort from the fact that the procedure was done in a hospital rather than a small clinic in case of any eventualities. I fell asleep for most of the procedure so it passed very quickly but was all done in the same day and I was ready to be taken back by mid afternoon (3,500 grafts). The post surgery advice pack, medication and treatment was very good. I particulalry liked that the use of Whatsapp to look after you in the days and weeks after surgery to track your progress and make sure everything is okay. On return to the UK, they continued to support me and check in on me and make sure there were no complications. Just follow the instructions and ensure you maintain personal hygene and everything should be okay. I had no complications. When I returned to the office, people at work were very interested in the procedure and it inspired others to get it done also. One year later, I am very happy with the results. I look at photos of myself before the surgery and I am shocked by the state my hair was in before the surgery. I now look so much younger and full of energy and confidence. I would highly recommend it if you are thinking of getting it done and would recommend you contact Otek. Also it is nice that this service is available in Antalya and not just Istanbul.
