5 star experience with amazing people. It's been a year! Wow what a great experience. From the initial contact with Jake who was a great coordinator who made sure I was prepared for my surgery day and he also answered all the questions I had leading up to the surgery and afterwards. He even answered question whilst on holiday. So big shout out to him. The day of the transplant could not have gone better. When I arrived I was sat down, Dr Ahmed and technician Maz they started designing my hairline. This was an in depth conversation and I was happy to proceed with what was decided. The procedure was then started the surgeon and tech team were all so friendly and calming especially Maz. They all made sure I was comfortable during the entire transplant which was approximately 7 hours. Why I would 100% recommend surgery group is because of their professionalism and customer care. All the barriers I had to achieve my hair transplant were overcome by Jake and rest of the team. They had my wellbeing and me arriving and returning home safely their top priority. I guess the main reason should be the end result for recommending a company and it's been a year since I've had my transplant and the results are amazing. My hairline looks great and Im glad i put my trust in surgery group (Dr Ahmed and Maz) for designing my hairline and carrying out the transplant. Thankyou all so much "

I’ve had bbl, breast lift, jaw contouring, under-eye filler, wrinkle treatment and butt augmentation with filler after weight loss. Am I forgetting something? Clearly since I keep coming back everything went great and I don’t trust anyone else that much. These procedures have made me the best version of myself and gave me confidence. I feel super safe going into surgery or doing something minimally invasive and I know for sure that my doctor is there making sure everything will go smoothly. Also, he will never lie just to sell you something. He will inform you in full detail what to expect and he will tell you honestly if he thinks you are a good candidate for such procedure or if you even need it. I’m 35 and I already know who is doing my facelift when I’m 50-60

Doctor Prashant and his team are as good as it gets in Private Health care. For context, I had a large Lipoma on the back of my head for years. As a follicly challenged 30 something, it was becoming increasingly obvious to anyone with the unfortune of sitting behind me that I had an unsightly lump the size of a plum stuck on the back of my head! The NHS had scanned said lump and told me "people live with this, it is only cosmetic, so we won't take it off". Doomed to be a lumpy headed fool my whole life, I looked around for a saviour: enter Doctor P! After a consolation and a warm, humorous discussion, I knew straight away that the surgery was something Doctor Prashant Murugkar was more than capable of completing for me. It sounds odd, but to me the consolation is the most important part of a process like this - if someone is going to be rooting around in the back of your head for the better part of an hour, you had better ensure they are trustworthy and experienced! I am happy to report the good Doc has perfected both. This Lipoma was a self confidence battle I had every day, so to find someone so capable and trustworthy able to remove it was a huge relief to me. The operation was performed under a local anaesthetic. Dr Prashant took his time to explain every stage of the procedure to me, made me feel at ease with some light humour and a soft touch. I think the lipoma was more deeply rooted than first anticipated, but the avoidance of pain or discomfort was navigated by the Doctor with the highest amount of quality and care. A true testament to his work. The stitches removal was painless and the scar is healing nicely now. There are some pictures of a before and after for context. If you have something you want doing that the NHS won't do for you, I would HIGHLY recommend you start the journey with a conversation with the Doctor and his team. I am 100% satisfied with the surgery and the after care (which was above and beyond) and would go back again in a heartbeat for anything I needed doing. It is no exaggeration to say that Doc and his team have actually improved my life! This was something that was bringing me down for a long time, and now I am free of it! Thanks again to all of you!

My treatment was hands down the best treatment ever received at a doctor's office. The procedure was done totally pain-free. I loved this experience. Lovely office and staff. The doctor was wonderful and very accommodating. Everything was explained to ensure all options were explored and all risks understood.

I came to the Clinic to have my Toe treated with Silk Laser on some fungus and was treated by the Nurse as Dr Benitz was elswhere. The Nurses were very efficient with the treatment and good advice and advised to get a sample analysis Biopsy of the nail to identify what fungus I have. They used the Laser very carefully us all using the eye protectors and logged me with another treatment next month. Biopsy taken with results expected in 25 days. Great service and immediate treatment 👏 👌

Everything went nice and smooth - kindness and professionalism were part of the deal. The only downside is the price - they make sure it catches you by surprise at the end (my cheek fillers were pricier than in my home country). They make you feel welcome and comfy, and the place is tidy and state-of-the-art. No pain at all.

Ali annd Dr. Fevzi are amazing. They made the operation something that I look back on with such fondness. They maintained professionalism while also being very amiable and warm during every interaction. Before the operation, Ali was in constant correspondence with me, addressing all of my questions and concerns. They took care of everything from the moment I arrived in Cyprus; I was completely worry-free and set up with everything I needed. They arranged for my girlfriend and me a 5-day stay in a gorgeous resort on the beach; for the entire duration in Cyprus, we were pampered and relaxed. It was truly a pleasure getting to know them and spending time with them in their wonderful country. For the duration of the surgery and the post-operative care, they kept me in great spirits and were always reassuring me and making me feel great. I could have never imagined that I would have such fond memories from a trip to get surgery!

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.

The staff is very courteous and polite and the environment very pleasant. The Doctor is amazing, she is really proud of what she does and the results of her happy customers. I went there to treat hyperpigmentation issues and she used her specialized machinery to measure the damage on my skin and how deep the hyperpigmentation was in different areas of the skin. She put together a customized treatment to treat each part. I am looking forward to going back for my second treatment.
