Dr Khalil is brilliant. He is patient, kind, and humourous - makes the processes and minor discomfort easier to endure. He is also very honest and straight-talking. He does not embellish facts, always making sure that I am informed of the risks and the realistic impact a procedure is going to have. He does not overcharge or push any unnecessary treatments so I trust him when he does recommend something. I live in London and I travel to Bournemouth to have my treatments because I trust only him. 5 Stars for Dr Khalil!

Leah did a lazer treatment on my face and neck, and cool freezing. Also micro derma action. Dr Berry gives me prophilo which is incredible. Great clinic, professional and friendly.

Amazing results!!! Let’s first start with my hair - It had thinned so much that I lost my confidence in myself- pretty embarrassing. HOWEVER, as soon as I started using Arora hair products within 3 months it made a huge difference and now all my work colleagues have not only noticed it but ordered the same product too. I can never thank Arora enough - she has made me feel like a woman again…. I have also indulged in her skin rejuvenation treatment and permanent hair removal (pricey but every penny spent was well worth it). Excellent results!!! Where previous treatments have failed this treatment has proved very successful and my pigmentation has practically faded away and that’s only after one treatment - no need for makeup! Mole removal on the side of my nose- £250. I found the clinic to be very clean and professional. Laura was clear and knowledgeable on the subject and discussed the procedure with me. We went ahead on the same day, it was no longer than 2 mins and the mole had been removed leaving a small sore. The sore is currently healing and has scabbed and my follow up appointment is in a couple of weeks. So far I am happy with the outcome and pleased I took the step.

I chose Smile Kind as I required specialist surgical treatment not available at my normal general practice dentist. They are on my general practice dentist's list for complex referrals. Also my wife had excellent treatment earlier this year at Smile Kind, to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. My treatment was to extract a cracked and infected molar that was beyond repair, followed by a bone graft and associated initial procedures in preparation for a planned implant later this year. This process, from my initial assessment meeting with Sami and Sarah, the surgery itself last week, and next day post-op follow up phone call were completed with total professionalism and high skill. The surgery site in my jaw is already settling down after several days. Everything was explained in advance, the surgery itself was pain and stress-free, and patient care was exemplary. I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.
