I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I strictly recommend Novus clinic to everyone that want to have a nice smile with the best quality materials and services.

I have never had any dental procedure before visiting this place. Had a surprisingly amazing experience here! The staff was extremely welcoming and the dentist did a great job of explaining exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I would recommend this place 10/10.

After a very long search to find a good dentist, I have had many quotes from different clinics but the majority of them offered me a dental package, that included flights and very attempting accommodation, like 5 stars hotels, but I wasn't sure that these packages are the best option for me as they never mentioned the names of the doctors that will be treating me. As an anesthetist doctor, I was keen to find an experienced professional dentist, that has very good credentials, which I think is the most important information anyone needs to know before proceeding with treatment. I finally have made my choice to be under the care of Dr. Cem Baysal, who is in my opinion the best dentist I ever met. Both he and his staff were very accommodating, his clinic is very clean and spotless. After a 3D scan, he discussed all the options and explained everything in detail. His English is perfect so no communication problem, he managed to find time to do my 3 implants on the same day, even though he was very busy. I had 3 implants under local anesthetic with no pain and no complications. He is very professional, very caring, and quick at delivering the treatment with the best results expected. He also will try to save one of my tooth which, which my dentist in the UK suggested that it has to be removed. Dr. Cem Baysal you're such a wonderful doctor and you always make me feel so safe. You are a perfect combination of responsibility and care. Thank you for taking care of me so delicately. I am looking forward to seeing you again after a four months period to complete my treatment.

Having returned from Turkey after having cosmetic dental treatment from Dentapoint, I can't believe the difference this has made in my confidence where I am not afraid to smile and show my teeth. I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. Lovely and friendly, excellent care and info received. I’ve had 5 implants placed by Dr Kübra who did them in a day, no pain at all. Aftercare is fantastic. I will return in a few months for the rest of my treatment. Total cost will is a fraction of the cost here in UK My treatment costs includes 5 Straus titanium implants (best quality) 7 top grade crowns, Sinus lift, Bone graft, composite bonding, gum treatment. I chose my own travel and hotel and paid separately for those. The clinic collected me, took me to the hospital for an injection, chemist for a prescription and returned me to my hotel! Can’t wait to go back.

The treatment was amazing I really loved the results on my teeth they were broken and on an incline before but after they made them straight and fixed I am so happy with the results as they have fixed my smile also. the staff was so helpful and spoke English so there was no miscommunication and they made my teeth just as I had asked. Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done. My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

My mother and I went to Cosmedica for dental treatment. We both had dental tartar cleaning done. I had heard that there might be some slight discomfort normally, but thanks to Dt. Damla, didn't feel any pain during the procedure.

Friday I went to the office with no appointment 1st thing in the am, put myself right into the chair discussed a plan and price, pulled 1 tooth, deep cleaned teeth and took impressions for top and bottom cast partials dentures. Returned Wednesday and checked fit bottom fit was perfect top needed some help took another impression and was told to come back in 2 hrs. Checked fit - still was not perfect. Person from the lab come to the office had a look took a picture was told to come back at 2 30 teeth fit perfectly. Took 2 days for my mouth to get used to as have not worn dentures for 20 years. Best fit and service ever. WOULD RECOMMEND.
