People at Novus Clinic have exceeded my expectations with professional service and a friendly atmosphere. I have had a whole set of 28 crowns done and they look better than I have expected. The clinic is simply amazing. Everything is state of the art and the doctors are very professional, friendly and patient as is the staff. Everything was planned and organised down to the smallest detail. I have to praise Ali, the manager, who answered every question in advance by phone and gave my friend the best advice. We really had an all-round carefree package. Ali had organised everything perfectly, the pick-up at the airport, the very nice hotel, which was only a few metres away from the clinic. Ali was always there for us for 24 hours on 7 days. Ali had always made you laugh, even if you couldn't laugh at the moment, his positive nature is just wonderful. I rarely do reviews, but Dr Baysal deserves 5 stars, and I am also doing you a favour because Dr Baysal must be one of the most competent dentists in the jungle of Turkish dentistry. Firstly, he is one of only few dentists to use CT scanning as a diagnostic tool (none of my former own dentists have ever done that). His diagnoses are therefore 100% informed and accurate, and I still can’t believe I had to go to Istanbul to get that! He picked up several important issues needing attention, which my UK dentist had overlooked for years and would have caused me serious health issues later, had they not been caught by him in time. He really is exceptionally competent at diagnosing, which is fundamental and should be the basis your treatment plan yet left out by most other dentists. He addressed the necessary issues, gave me a few treatment and cost options but without pushing for additional work. His work looks amazingly natural & beautiful, but my oral health also improved so much after the treatment (combination of sinus lift/ implant/root canal/crown). In terms of dentistry work, he is a perfectionist. Weirdly, it’s a pleasure to observe him work because he is so skilled; no former dentist that I have had treatment with were as detailed or took as much time in their preparations as Dr Baysal. He even sent some crowns back to the lab because he was not perfectly happy with their shape and thought they should be 1mm longer (and he was right😊). Granted, there are cultural differences, and the clinic is more informal and ‘open plan’ than I’m used to, but perfectly clean. Information is a bit sparse, on a need-to-know basis, but I'll take that any time over my former dentists' mediocre work and ill-informed diagnoses delivered with perfect bedside manners. Dr Baysal is a genuinely caring person, very competent and I’m so, so glad I found him. I’ll happily be flying to Istanbul for even regular dental check-ups going forward. His clinic is in a great part of town, and it will be a pleasure to see him and his sweet team again. I highly recommend him. Look no further, honestly.

My experience was phenomenal from the beginning till the end. Oğuz is literally the best he answered every question I had with a fast response and never left me feeling uneasy or worried. The amazing İlayda Karaca did my treatment I am so so pleased and happy with the results I have zero complaints. If you’re thinking to get your teeth done DEFINITELY go to dentapoint. Ps the clinic is beautiful and immaculately clean which also made me feel comfortable. All the workers are wonderful people.

Absolutely Amazing! After extensive research and communicating with various dental clinics in Turkey I opted for Perla and I'm so glad I did. Compared to the othe's who seemed to be more interested in the money side of things Perla was more about you the individual and your needs and their prices were very reasonable too. I travelled from the UK to have 20 Zirconium crowns for my upper and lower jaw and the results are absolutely amazing. The international patients manager Orhan who was my first port of call and throughout was absolutely great from start to finish, I was a little anxious as expected but Orhan was very reassuring that everything will be fine and he was true to his word. The transfer from the airport in a luxurious Mercedes Vito immediately gave me the feeling that I was going to be well looked after. Upon arrival I was greeted and welcomed by the staff who were all great. They have great translators there speaking various languages and I have to give a special mention to mine who was called Zulfa, she was very clear and helpful and a great person. Everything was explained to me clearly throughout as to what was going to happen. I was treated by Dr Mustafa and his assistant Evin who were absolutely fantastic. Dr Mustafa was a perfectionist and dedicated to his profession. When I saw his many certifications of his achievements on the wall I was immediately at ease knowing that I was in good hands and he was absolutely brilliant. He made sure that all my individual crowns were perfect and he wouldn't stop until he was 110% satisfied with the results no matter how long it took. After refraining from smiling for many years I can't stop smiling now thanks to everyone at Perla and I've had so many compliments from friends, family, work colleagues and especially my wife who was so impressed with the results that she's going to have her treatment done there next. Bespoke is absolutely incredible! As a person who suffers with anxiety from going to the dentist due to having negative experiences in the past. I have felt completely comfortable with each visit and will most definitely continue to! I first visited in an emergency appointment due to tooth pain, was seen that evening and left completely pain-free! Dr Arzu has completed my root canal treatment and is in the process of placing a crown. She is so kind and welcoming, taking me through each step of treatment, and ensuring I feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. I cannot thank her and the practice enough. They are amazing! Arrived at the clinic on Wednesday 11/16/22 and had a root canal and prep for 4 crowns by a professional team of Dentist and assistant The crowns were completely installed on Friday 11/18/22 by the same Dental Team. Left to the US on Saturday 11/19. For me it was perfect and timely.

Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done. My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

As a result of the consultation I had at Cosmedica Dental, learned that I needed to have my tartar cleaned and that if I didn't have it cleaned, there could be recession in my gums. Afterwards, I went to the clinic and had tartar cleaning. The fact that they made the correct diagnosis and applied the necessary treatment showed how competent they were.

I highly recommend Dr. Jehova Rafa without reservation! I have been at dentists around the world due to an accident I had when I was 11 years old. I had a lot of operations until I was 28 years old, but there were still some things to do on my lower jaw. I was looking for a relatively pain-free and affordable treatment. A dentist in Germany suggested implanting gum from my palate to give my lower jaw more stability. Others from the U.S suggested implants or bridges. All this means destroying additional teeth that are basically still healthy. Dr. Jehova Rafa on the other hand suggested veneers and he corrected four teeth within a week. I can't tell you enough how happy that makes me. Finally, a dentist who's not just seeing a "money-making-machine" in me, but has my best interests in mind! I love the result! It gives me so much confidence and I can finally smile like a beautiful butterfly! If you're looking for a trustworthy dentist, Dr. Jehova Rafa is the way to go!

I went to Rumo Dental for all 6 permanent implant dentures upper and lower, their driver picked me up at the airport, took me to my motel, to and from all appointments and back to the airport when finished. Dr Cesar Ruiz did all the extractions and implants and It was done with nearly no pain, Im at home now in Washington state and went to my dentist to see how I'm healing and he told me Im doing great and all 12 implants are looking good. I was very sceptical about going to Mexico to do this work but because of the care Dr Ruiz gave me, I am so happy I did. Can't wait to go back down for the final part in a few months.
