Here is my full detailed review of my treatment with Dr Cem Baysal: I first got in contact with Dr Baysal in the summer of 2022 after vast online research for dental work abroad. I came across Dr Baysal on whatclinic as he was number 1 rated in Istanbul. He had THOUSANDS of fantastic reviews backed up with decades of experience as well as being a professor in dentistry at multiple universities across Europe. It seemed a no-brainer to go with Dr. Baysal. I contacted Dr. Baysal via WhatsApp and gave him a brief overview of my dental situation and what I require. He then proceeded to make suggestions and sent his price list and fees for various treatments. Once I booked my flights he booked me in for an initial consultation the day after I land in Istanbul. I arrived in Istanbul November 2022 and discussed what I desired and created a treatment plan with Dr. Baysal. Upon reviewing the tomography (£35) Dr. Baysal advised I can have 3 dental implants for my missing teeth. The next day Dr. Baysal performed the initial implant surgery. I was given plenty of anaesthetic in and around the implant area so the surgery was painless. Just some pushing and pressure in the jawbone as you can imagine with inserting implants. Once the anaesthetic had worn off there was a little bit of pain but nothing ibuprofen couldn’t deal with. Dr. Baysal prescribed me 5 days worth of antibiotics to take post-surgery to avoid any potential infections. After the surgery, I was able to return home and needed to return after 5-6 months; known as the osteointegration period. After 6 months I returned in May 2023 to finish my treatment. Again this was an easy WhatsApp message to Dr. Baysal to let him know of my return. Upon returning I had another tomography to review the implants and make sure they were successful which they were. Now we could proceed with completing the dental implants. As well as the dental implants I discussed crowning 6 of my other upper teeth to create a nice natural smile. Dr. Baysal said this was possible so we created impressions for the crowns on my natural teeth and the dental implants. The preparation for the crowns was painless, performing ‘shoulder preparation’ which is a high-level skill to maintain gum health and the life of your teeth. Dr. Baysal and his fantastic dental nurses always provide plenty of anaesthetics to make sure you don’t feel anything throughout the procedure. Once my teeth were prepped for crowns and my implants ready for abutments and crowns Dr. Baysal placed temporary crowns over my teeth (mimicking my natural teeth) so I could carry on eating and drinking as normal. 6 days had passed and my crowns were ready to be fitted. This again was painless, the only uncomfortable parts of the process were the cold air on my prepped teeth which were sensitive and finishing the tightening of the dental implants. Once this was completed Dr. Baysal made sure my bite was correct and everything was secure and that I was happy with my new smile. Which I absolutely am! My treatment of 3 dental implants and 6 zirconium crowns came to roughly €7000 (£6000 £1=€1.15). This was half of what the treatment would have costed at my private dentist in the UK. Dr. Baysal’s clinic is located in the very affluent area of Nisantisi in Istanbul so it’s a pleasant stay in one of the many affordable local hotels. I have recommended Dr. Baysal to at least a dozen friends and family in the week after finishing my treatment and returning to the UK. They love my smile and the natural look of my teeth. Dr. Baysal offers a very natural-looking solution, making sure your crowns are shaped and in a shade that match your natural teeth. Dr. Baysal is a master in what he does. You’re probably reading this review as you are looking to come to Turkey for affordable dental treatment. Dr. Baysal’s prices are on the higher end for Turkey’s standards but his reviews and skills speak for themself and compared to UK prices, very affordable! Thank you Dr. Baysal and team. My son needed implant prices are prohibitive in the U.K. In the past I had dental implant treatment in Istanbul the service and price had been good, the clinic I used was on the Asian side however our itinerary and places to visit were primarily on the European side also the clinic I used didn’t offer the premium implant we wanted this led me to Ihlamur dent. I liaised directly with Dr Karabey he answered all questions that I posed. My son had an Astra tech implant placed in his upper jaw there was a slight complication as he also needed a sinus lift, this was done at an additional cost and confirmed by a 3D panoramic X-ray. The doctor seemed very competent and efficient at his job and the implant was placed professionally by an expert who knew what he was doing. We were given a briefing with regard to aftercare. All this for a third of the price back home, we now await the osseointegration process to conclude usually 4 months before our second visit for the crown. Very impressed with my new teeth, had 22 crowns fitted in February and I’m well chuffed. Was a little nervous but everything was spot on fair play.

This is now my go to dentist!! I came across this dentist when I was looking for dentists in Turkey as here in the stages dentistry is very expensive. I had 20 Emax Veneers done because I had small teeth and when I smiled my teeth weren’t showing so I wanted to change the my smile and be more confident with myself. I was hesitant to have my teeth filed as I didn’t really want to as my teeth were healthy, Dr Kubra was able to only file a small amount so that the veneer would fit on top. It took about 5 days in total from the first day I arrived to finally having them fitted. We had some fittings done to check how I feel about them and if any changes needed to be done. She took into consideration all of my opinions and made them exactly how I wanted them. They are perfect and I couldn’t be happier, thank you so much Dr Kubra you are fantastic. Also thanks to Sarah who speaks English and was able to be a support for me and keeping me informed on everything that was happening while I was having the treatment. I will be coming back to visit Dr Kubra and everyone at the clinic.

The clinic might seem a bit pricy, but the quality of their zirconium crowns is exceptional. They fit perfectly and look incredibly natural. Definitely worth the investment.

The clinic was spotless. Lovely staff who put my mind at ease. I actually didn't realise that my procedure had been all done as all I felt was a little discomfort, I had all my own teeth removed a bone graft, two sinus lifts, also a cyst that was found on the X-ray that had to be cut out and treated, and the all on six implants on my top jaw and six implants on the bottom. Temporary teeth are fine but I can't wait to go back for my proper ones. I'm so excited.

I’ve recently been to Marmaris on holiday and whilst there went the Zirve for a consultation about some dentist work I needed doing. My treatment started the next day. Over a week I had 5 implants whilst there and they went out of their way to make sure I had a denture to come home with to fill a large gap at the front. Their practice is the most professional I’ve ever been in. From start to finish I was made at ease with clear instruction and a dental plan was explained so I was more than happy to go ahead and I go back in 3 months to have my final work completed. I went to their clinic in early February. They did a great job an no editing around like most dental clinics. I ended getting a dry sicket which messed my schedule up but they went out of their way to get me back and going. The work was excellent and I highly recommend them. They are professional and accommodating.

On the advice of friends, I decided to go to the Ortho Dent clinic in Antalya. At the very first appointment with the doctor (all the staff speaks English, which is very important), I realized that I was in a solid clinic (the atmosphere, the interior, the level of the consultation clearly showed the seriousness of this clinic). I have a lot of experience with such doctors and I understand that you will have to pay for all this (listed above). After carrying out all the diagnostics (it took no more than an hour), I was billed for the elimination of my problems in my mouth, and there were quite a few of them (there are filling, brushing teeth, problems with the bone in need of planting of collagen and implantation - in general, a complete bouquet). But, I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing - they were very affordable compared to other clinics. Within one week they did a huge amount of work for me and put me on hold for 3 months. Arriving back at the appointed time already within a week, all work on the installation of implants was completed. The next morning there was no even sensation of foreign bodies in the mouth (I am very sensitive to such changes). I was very impressed by the filigree work of the doctor on the final adjustment of a balanced bite. Frankly speaking, I am very pleased with the price-quality balance. Attitude, as to a person who has been known for 100 years. The atmosphere is pleasant, the doctors know their work and love it, and this does not go unnoticed. The staff is very polite. I do recommend this clinic.

I’ve been going to Circle Dental for years with absolutely no complaints. The office staff are always great and friendly. The last two times I’ve been there was just for some fine tuning for work done a couple years ago they really stand behind the work they do.

My experience with Prostho Studio was a wonderful experience. I have a fear of dentists and the doctor and his assistant made me very comfortable. I had no pain as I got my numbing injections. I was at this clinic 9 years ago and had multiple crowns and a bridge. Never have I been so happy with the way my smile looked. So 9 years later, I went back for a check-up as I had a tooth which had minimal decay, Dr Alyvia identified I required not only a filling but a root canal, although I have regular checkups, I get quite anxious about a visit to the dentist, Dr Alysia was so caring and warm ensuring I experienced nil discomfort which I must say she achieved, she was wonderful.I had a filling a root canal and a Crown for a minimal amount compared to what I would pay in Australia and all that work was completed over 3 days, which allowed us to enjoy our holiday as well. Dep organised pick up from our hotel to attend my appointments. Everything went perfectly. An exceptional clinic, we have referred 3 of our friends in the past and they to have been impressed with the clinic and the professionalism of the staff. We will return there in the future not only because of the price difference compared to Australian , but mainly because of the pain free service.
