Nothing but positive things to say. I originally saw Dr. Ismael in 2019 and once again had the pleasure of bring in Jordan and having dental work done here. I had a failed implant done in the USA (2022) and a little bit unsure of dentists after that but confident that Dr. Ismael would be able to succeed where the other dentist had failed. Following my implant, I can now smile without covering my face and my words are better understood... and the time and patience he took to get the correct colouring on the crown has been well appreciated by me. I live more than 4,000 miles from Rose Dental and still consider them my regular dentist. They are very good. I have had dental work done in Australia, Thailand and in Vietnam and find Rose Dental Clinic the best quality and fairest pricing of all. I've visited both the Ben Thanh clinic in District 1 and the Eastern clinic in District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) and never had a problem. Staff are courteous, helpful, and clear in their explanation, and language has never been an issue. Even a break in a complex implant treatment that was interrupted by COVID lockdowns was not a problem with email contact and advice during the time gap. The work is professional and delivered in a timely fashion and as pain-free as possible -- I have even fallen asleep during a treatment! All service is done in-house so you do not find yourself running around from venue to venue, and they provide hotel and airport pick-up for people visiting Ho Chi Minh. I have had check-ups, basic maintenance and some large jobs done here and regard Rose Dental highly.
My first treatment with Dr Diego Rosales concerning ongoing dental concerns as described in other later reviews ( as the full treatment has been a continuing process for 10 days.) was on the 15th. I had a lot of work to be done! He talked about all options and immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. His knowledge and expertise are incredible. He speaks fluent English with ease which had been a problem a few years ago when I tried to have dental work in Mexico. I have had nearly daily appointments with Dr Diego Rosales since and I am constantly astonished at his technical skills, his concern and professional care for patients and continued amazing work. The clinic is always impeccably clean and well organised.
The entire office staff and physicians are completely wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice. I was traveling and had a cut on my front tooth and they repaired it flawlessly. I am so grateful to everyone and would highly recommend again!
I have a big treatment at The East Rose Dental in April 2023. ALL on 4 Zygoma implant on upper arch and 12 zirconia crowns on the lower.
