Every visit and every procedure was professional, friendly, and effective. For me, the service was superior to anything I have had in the United States and at a fraction of the cost. Having dental work done at ProClinic in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico was amazing. I am from the U.S. and decided while visiting Guadalajara I would get my dental work done. I was amazed and pleased with the entire staff at Proclinic. All are very professional and outgoing. I had my initial consultation with Dr. Alfredo who informed me that I had a cavity, two cracked crowns and need to replace three fillings along with getting a night guard. These were the same findings by my Dentist here in the states but at more than half the price here in the U.S. The Dr. who performed the work on my teeth was the amazing Dr. Veronica Cabeza (hope I spelt that right) she is not only an amazing Doctor but an amazing person who made me fill comfortable throughout all the procedures and always made me laugh. If you are from the states and hesitant to have dental work done in Mexico, don't be. The Doctors, Staff and facility are very clean and professional. It was also recommended by Dr. Alfredo that I get a bone graft again, also recommended by my Dentist in the states. I forgot the Doctors name but he did an amazing procedure with no discomfort or pain. Again, thank you to all the Doctors and Staff at ProClinic Guadalajara. I am sure I will see you all again. I find Flynns Dental Care professional and very caring. It would not take you long to get the feeling that the patient comes first. The staff are so nice and keep everything calm and relaxed all while presenting a very high level of professionalism. The facilities have a high standard of cleanliness. There is a nice waiting room with a TV and magazines to keep you occupied while you wait although I don’t think I have waited longer than 10-15 minutes. The dentist I go to is Dr Ciara Drummond AKA Dr Ciara. I have a phobia of dental clinics. Because of this I have been to a lot of dentists, and I must admit the majority have been very nice, but Dr. Ciara is way ahead of anyone I have been to. She has a very calming deminer. Let’s you know what is happening. She explains the procedure about to be carried out, all while making sure you do not feel anxious or overwhelmed. I have been going to Flynns Dental Care for several years now and I would highly recommend them.
