I don't think I met better dentist. First they were up to all safety standards regarding the corona situation. And the dentist was exceptionally pleasant personality, giving a lot of explaining what he was doing. All in all very pain free and informative.
What a wonderful experience. Dr. Hartshorne treated my situation with honesty, integrity and compassion. He took the time to write me a personal email relating to the specific matter the appointment was for, taking the time to explain to me, in layman's terms, what we were looking at, and where to from here. He was thorough, and although the situation was severe, he allowed my dignity to remain in tact. What a super experience. By the Dr. and the whole team.

While on vacation in Hurghada my bridge came loose. I was staying in Sheraton, Hurghada. I googled dentists and I went with Dr Ayman because he represented himself well in his ad with a picture. One gets a better feel this way in choosing. I'm from S.F California so I was impressed with how clean and up-to-date his whole office, working space, facilities, and staff were. He was very knowledgeable, conscientious, and efficient! I'm 70 so I've had a lot of dental experiences throughout my life to compare him to! He was a sheer pleasure helping me in my time of emergency! I'm going back for tooth whitening and possible cosmetic purposes.

My 3-teeth bridge suddenly fell out whilst I was eating my evening meal! I narrowed my search for emergency treatment down to Alexandra's clinic based on the consistently excellent reviews of her care. Alexandra saw me the following day, and she was just brilliant! She explained everything clearly to me - why it happened, and how she was going to fix it. She also prepared notes for my own dentist, on my return home. Alexandra's work was careful, thorough, and gentle (because I don’t usually have needles). And the end result was better looking than the original! Alexandra's costs are very fair for the work and service she provides. I cannot rate her highly enough! Thank you so very much, Alexandra. I haven't stopped smiling since!!
Though I have not yet received treatment, I wish to convey my appreciation to Dr Antillon for his quick and accommodating service. All aspects of my upcoming trip were well serviced including airport pick-up and living accommodations. I have been well informed throughout the process with phone calls and e-mail updates. I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .
